“Honestly taken aback by the 1-stars. Ive been in the area for roughly 6 months, have had tons of mail and packages both delivered and picked up from this location, and I’ve never had a problem. Every time I pick up, everybody is courteous and professional.”

“This place is awesome! They are next door to the optometrist I go to and have been there forever. I had never been inside until today when I needed some help shipping something internationally. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. I saved a ton of money this was one errand I had been putting off doing for several weeks. With her help it was taken care of in just about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again. “I went to drop off my DHL package and ship VIA Fedex a couple gifts for my friends. There is no line, my whole process took 10 minutes,and I got a free stamp also, it was some promotion during that month I am happy and now this is my favorite place. P. S. I have no idea but the smell inside the store is amazing and they also have super cool Hand sanitizer”

“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to Casita Postal on the recommendation of a UPS location when I told them my fingerprints had been rejected twice already. They said this location is really good and they usually send people here if they have problems. I went in today to see if she could help me. Immediately she tested out my prints and looked over the FBI rejection letter. She had no problems and said I should double check with the FBI before submitting a new application. The FBI service does not take resubmissions and I had already tried paper and the post office. I submitted a new application with the company she uses and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. She handled everything perfectly and I had an acceptance letter before I was even home! If you are having problems come here. She's knowledgeable and she's part of the FBI Channeler network. You will need to go through a third party to submit your application but it will be just as quick.”

“I came to this UPS store do send out ALOT of packages last minute for work. I was very anxious about it & on top of it, it was a rainy day. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with love & care by the sweet Polin ! I believe she is the store owner. She really was extremely patient with me & gave me a dolly to get the packages out of my car with ease. She really made me feel comfortable & was so kind ! She is an amazing asset to this company & should be treated as such ! I will definitely be coming back to this UPS store. She really helped turn my day around ! Polin is the best !! :)”

“I have been using this location since 2019 and I have been very pleased with the service. From when Erik, Daniel and now the new staff I am very pleased. Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. At times I am coming from far so I call and ask if I have mail and as always they let me know. Keep up the good service and always thankful knowing my packages are secured.”

“I gave 5 stars because of Susan at Staples on Golden Valley. She was helping a customer with his returns that took long awhile when I stood in another line to purchase my item. She and another sale associate was helping their customer. Third sale associate was floating through the store???? Susan apologized for the wait. When finished she asked if I was signed up for my rewards. Nope! She then proceeded to help me step by step making sure I was in the system?. She is very professional, kind, respectful and a wonderful sense of humor. It’s people like her that keeps me coming back. It’s people like Susan who work very hard that needs to recognize more in their profession. She needs to have 10 stars!!!

The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.”
