“Pros: affordable, great outdoor experience, lot's of options, full service: dining, shopping, practicing. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.
Cons: can get really busy, targets not maintained diligently, and bays need to be better fenced to prevent casing flyovers.
Overall: one of the better ranges out there.”
“If you need a bike. do yourself a favor and visit Alrick at the Santa Clarita location. He'll do a great job to taking care of you and getting you into the correct bike for your needs. Sure, you might be able to find a "cheaper" bike somewhere. However, you get what you pay for....I always say; "Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheat tattoos aren't good". Lol! It's actually less expensive to "buy right" this first time.”
“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”

“This big 5 was a good one. Everyone was so nice there and helped me out to fine what I needed.the deals are great depending what you are looking for. At the end the cashier helped me get my stuff to my car and she didn’t need to and that was just an act of kindness.”
“I stopped by this Boarders store inside Northridge mall while my wife was shopping. I knew they would have skateboard here so I wanted to check out what they had. The store is a decent size on the second floor near the men's Macy. They were not busy on a Friday night and they have a decent amount of skateboard and skateboard accessories here. The prices of the board were reasonable and I also looked at some of their shirts. Nothing grab my attention so I didn't purchase anything. I also looked at their sunglasses selection at the front of the store but I prefer Oakley brand.”
“If anybody wants good customer service I highly suggest going to the Northridge pro image sports store. The manager, James and his associate Efrain were absolutely amazing in taking care of my exchange.

“Shop is a little on the small / cluttered side. Kinda hard to find first time as its back off the street behind a different business. They do have a good variety of soccer gear and other things such as shoes and boots. Went to outfit my son for soccer league and we were able to get cleats in his size as well as kids' shin guards and socks.”
“Great products and even better customer service. My torque wrench socket holder ball fell out and wouldn't keep them on the wrench. Carlos and the customer service yeam response was quick, professional, and positive experience. My wrench was 35 YEARS OLD. Unbelievably, a replacement was sent in a week. A+”
“Not here to talk about the shoes but here to say that I met a sales rep who heard me complaining about a pair of shoes on display and came up to me to help me find my size. He went way beyond to help me find what I wanted. I appreciated his help and his service. This was the san fernano store on brand. I think his name was Mysial . This guy went over and beyond. “If you're in the area this is the only place for soccer gear you should be going too. My son plays for AYSO and staff always takes care of my son and I and give their opinions and thoughts on boots and gear and have a wonderful selection of team gear as well”
“Update: I appreciate the response from Julie. I like a company that pays attention to their reviews. I've changed my one star review to 4 because of the reply, and I'll give the store another try. I used to shop here a lot but hadn't been in for a while so last week when I was in the shopping center for something else, I went in since I need a couple of new pairs of sneakers. It was about 4:30p on a weekday so there were no other customers, just me and three employees. I walked around for a while and looked at all the women's shoe. I walked past each employee twice and not one of them made eye contact or spoke one word to me the entire time I was in the store. I took the hint and left without purchasing any of the shoes I wanted. Perhaps sales is not the avenue you should pursue.”

“I didn't find what I was looking for (a very specific shade of brown dress shoes), but the service here was phenomenal and very helpful so I would definitely come back here if I needed another type of shoe. I would say, don't come here if you are looking for dress shoes. The selection is very bad, if anything. But they have everything else, including a lot of nice work boots.”
“I stopped by this Champs store tonight while my wife was shopping at Macy's. I wanted to come here to look at some Jordan shirts and what hats they have here. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and then left me alone to shop. This store is a decent size and has a lot of different merch in the stores. I checked out some Adidas shoes and their hats in the back. They also had some deals going on too on some Jordans shirt.”

“It was a good time the Bowling and the Experience but it's wayyy to pricey like $100+ for a 2 hour bowling ??? And then if your hungry the food are like amusement park price OMG ?. The food is delicious but in like 1 more hour or so you will feel a stomach ache (cause I've gotten the Cheeseburger) I don't know the rest of the food. But yeah and CSUN Students they also give Student Discounts also. 4/5 stars (if it was cheaper and a better price I will receive a 5) but all and all it's good but could be better ?”
“I have been a customer of Northridge Sports Collectibles going on over 30 years!!! I first went to the shop with my father, and now take my son. Brian has always been fair when it comes to buying and selling, and I can say that I have watched his son Ben grow up, and have most likely contributed to a college fund. When Brian is not in the shop, Ben and Jacob are knowledgeable and know how to give great costumer service. It is almost like a sports bar vibe with everyone hanging out and discussing a hobby we all enjoy!!!”
