I learn so much about the bikes which in turn helps me make an educated and confident decision when making an expensive purchase. I love this location! I do want to acknowledge Omar who spent about 2 hours helping my son pick out a bike that fit what he wanted. Just to add, I am a dark skinned Hispanic woman and I NEVER felt discriminated against, not even being in SCV for what that is worth.”

From the moment I walked in, the owner (whom I did not know was the owner till the end) was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the sport. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, whether it was gear for practice or equipment upgrades.
The selection is impressive; everything from gloves and bats to apparel and accessories. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, which made the shopping experience even better.
What really stood out was the customer service. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and offer helpful recommendations without any pressure to buy. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and the sport.
If you’re a baseball player, parent, or fan, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be coming back for all my future gear needs. Highly recommend!”

“Oak Tree Gun Club is hands down my favorite outdoor range in Santa Clarita, offering a fantastic setup for both casual and experienced shooters. The rifle ranges are always well-maintained, which is absolutely perfect when I want to spend some time practicing with my AR. The staff is highly knowledgeable and prioritizes safety while keeping the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. It's a massive facility with plenty of options, making it easy to get a great lane without feeling crowded. I highly recommend this spot for a top-tier day of target shooting! Prices are reasonable, and I am planning on getting my club membership.”
“I went in to buy a Rams hat for a game I was going to and Sport Pulse had a crazy amount of options. Plus, the owner was there and helped me out a ton. “AS OF 8-13-25 For shipping and receiving big rig drivers. There is a couple of over night spots against the back wall. I came a day early to get loaded, Chewy the shipping manager had okayed that. These people are very nice. The receiving door is at 4. They do have you come inside while loading. The back up area for door 2 was a little tricky with the cars parked where your pull up space is but managed. Everything went well and I’d definitely come again.

“I ordered from this business on Amazon.Excellent customer service and great support.I wanted to return the item as the cycling jersey did not work as expected. The owner laid out the Amazon return policy in great detail so that I would understand how to proceed.Unfortunately, I had opened the package and tried on the jersey only to realize that the back pockets stretched out too far for comfortable riding .The owner understood my concerns and offered me half of my payment back as compensation for the faulty manufacturing of the jersey.Greatly appreciated this owner's response and willingness to help me out. Most places would have just said no.What a great business!”

“Went here looking for thermal underwear for my wife. Unfortunately they only carry the waffle pattern which would be fine with me but my wife wanted smooth thermals because she wears stretch pants a lot and says it would show through. Considering what we paid for smooth thermals at Target the waffle pattern ones at Big 5 were half the price and the much bigger selection.”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”
