Tech Hector waived a $200 diagnostic service because he discovered my Mercedes GLC 300e was a Manufactured common problem that should be addressed by a Dealer.
I was prepared to pay the services but Hector told my wife no charge and stayed late so my wife could pick the car backup. Give them a shot, for I’ll be coming back here for all my Mercedes’ maintenance and services!!!

“Sterling Collision has done great quality work for me on my automobiles over the years. They repaired a BMW 740i, six years ago with some major repairs and when complete, the car looked excellent! When I came to pick up the car I was amazed, could not tell the damage ever occurred. They completely detailed the car too! One year ago I had my Prius repaired with the same experience. The door was dented bad and they chose to replace the skin on the door to achieve "like new" results. When I picked up the car it was detailed to the max and once again I was very happy. Recently I had them take care of some parking lot road rash on my Porsche Macan Turbo. They made sure the car came out perfect by painting the whole bumper cover to achieve excellent results. Once again very happy with the outcome. I will say that Sterling Collision is equal to the best auto body shop repair available in Orange County, especially if you want near perfection :-)I think its funny that the 2 bad reviews on Google had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed by this body shop - go figure. to me, the quality is what I'm looking for, not how fast the parts were made available by a car dealer providing the parts for the repair.”

Pulled in the driveway, tech was on the car within a minute ( no joke ). We were on our way within 10 minutes. And, by the way, they were busy. HIGHLY recommend.”

“It’s always a fear to experience car trouble on vacation. Thankfully I was in Newport Beach for a few weeks. I made a last minute decision to drive across the country in a car with very low miles. It may be an urban myth that a car with low miles should be “broken in”. I put 3000 miles on it, aka 30% of its total miles. Without any appointment, the mechanic showed me where the air pump was. I told him I was a little bugged out by driving so many miles without prep. He offered to help me right on the spot. Ultimately I was only low on oil, and my tire pressure was uneven. But the fact that this guy. Who was clearly busy, both helped me on the spot and offered immediate assistance is something that is hard to find. Five stars fella, everyone was kind and overtly polite and helpful.”

“Just in the nick of time, I found this gas station before running out of gas. I was able to maneuver my way to the pump by popping a and backing in front of another car just to pay 5.50 in gas because my car only takes premium... the tears ran down my face as I watched the numbers tick faster and faster moving as a blur to keep up with the Rate of gas flow, thankfully the angels decided to keep me under a 100 as I spent 70 to fill my hybrid. Thankfully, I only fill once a month or so. Tearfully, I bid adieu until next month when my arch-enemy again visits my bank account- Tesla, you're looking nicer every day!”
