“I found Excess Look Auto Solutions via an Ad on IG.After inquiring more about their promotion, I was lucky to have my appointment scheduled for Saturday, with a window to drop off my vehicle between 8am-10am, and return/completed service around 3-4pm same day.When I dropped off my vehicle that Saturday, I was greeted by Andrew who filled me in on their process and what I could expect in terms of results. Hours later, Chris (the Owner) texted/called me to provide an update as to the progress of my vehicle.Unfortunately, they weren't able to return the vehicle to me because my Headlights needed a little more elbow grease.The next day, I received a text from Chris letting me know that my vehicle was finally finished and ready for pick up.OMG...IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!My car is a 2010 Honda Fit. When I arrived Sunday Morning, it looked like it just came out of the Carwash. Chris was able to restore my Headlights back to 90% Brand NEW. My car has never been cleaner!TLDR:Auto Customer These guys are a hidden gem, if you're hesitating on setting an appointment you shouldn't. So much so that I brought my second vehicle.They explained what needed to be done and the reason. My interior was done so perfectly I thought I was driving a new car. My engine never looked better and the exterior well, let's just say I'm fully impressed. They even cleaned a one of my wheels from water sediment damage I had tried to clean for over six months! “I love washing and detailing my cars. Everything I've learned has been from YouTube. I was put in touch with Jeff by a friend who used his services. I wanted to detail my Porsche but was extremely scared of ruining the paint. Being OCD and a perfectionist I put a lot of pressure on myself and was afraid to talk to a real person with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, would he think I was a hacky amateur who wouldn't respect his artform? From the first phone call, he connected with me and put me at ease, he offered me the opportunity to drive up, show him my car and have him take a look at it and offer suggestions on my technique. Wow! Jeff spent 2 hours of his precious time going over a lot of his experience, what I was doing wrong, how correctable it was and the proper technique of doing it right. He took a look at my car and told me I was using my tire products wrong (very respectfully and also explained why), my technique with the buffer which works reasonably well with metallic paints wasn't doing very well with this non-metallic black paint. He gave me instructions, allowed me to write them down and also gave me a polishing and finishing pad(!!!) to use. He suggested I get a test panel from a body shop (which I did later that day!). He was/is an amazing human being willing to teach a hobbyist. I am seriously considering just having him do all the work on my car because of his openness, passion, eye for detail and most of all, his invaluable experience!!! I had a full detail there isn't any hair in the car and my car is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and it looks like a new car. I have to pick up friends at the airport and now I'm not embarrassed.
