“I found Excess Look Auto Solutions via an Ad on IG.After inquiring more about their promotion, I was lucky to have my appointment scheduled for Saturday, with a window to drop off my vehicle between 8am-10am, and return/completed service around 3-4pm same day.When I dropped off my vehicle that Saturday, I was greeted by Andrew who filled me in on their process and what I could expect in terms of results. Hours later, Chris (the Owner) texted/called me to provide an update as to the progress of my vehicle.Unfortunately, they weren't able to return the vehicle to me because my Headlights needed a little more elbow grease.The next day, I received a text from Chris letting me know that my vehicle was finally finished and ready for pick up.OMG...IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!My car is a 2010 Honda Fit. When I arrived Sunday Morning, it looked like it just came out of the Carwash. Chris was able to restore my Headlights back to 90% Brand NEW. My car has never been cleaner!TLDR:Auto Customer These guys are a hidden gem, if you're hesitating on setting an appointment you shouldn't. Chris is a solid dude, and everyone on his staff is super friendly!I'll be coming back again soon, and referring friends and family!”

“Sterling Collision has done great quality work for me on my automobiles over the years. They repaired a BMW 740i, six years ago with some major repairs and when complete, the car looked excellent! When I came to pick up the car I was amazed, could not tell the damage ever occurred. They completely detailed the car too! One year ago I had my Prius repaired with the same experience. The door was dented bad and they chose to replace the skin on the door to achieve "like new" results. When I picked up the car it was detailed to the max and once again I was very happy. Recently I had them take care of some parking lot road rash on my Porsche Macan Turbo. They made sure the car came out perfect by painting the whole bumper cover to achieve excellent results. Once again very happy with the outcome. I will say that Sterling Collision is equal to the best auto body shop repair available in Orange County, especially if you want near perfection :-)I think its funny that the 2 bad reviews on Google had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed by this body shop - go figure. to me, the quality is what I'm looking for, not how fast the parts were made available by a car dealer providing the parts for the repair.”
