“My fiancé and I both have back issues and had been shopping around for a mattress for a few weeks. We stumbled across mattress firm after looking at another nearby store and decided to quickly stop in to see what their inventory included. We were immediately greeted by Steven and he quickly took away the anxiety and frustration we had been feeling spending hours testing and shopping. Steven is a sleep expert, so he not only knows the ins-and-outs of every mattress, but he really takes the time to understand your needs to try and match you with the best mattress. Instead of going to some of the most expensive options to start, he provided us with several affordable choices. He spent over an hour with us and never once made us feel pressured to purchase a bed from him. We ended up leaving to "sleep on it" and knew before we got home that we wanted to buy our mattress from Steven. We went back first thing next morning and purchased a new Tempur-pedic. We will be referring our friends and family to this store any time they need a new mattress. Steven is a real asset to the company and was a pleasure to work with.”

“Me and my husband were hunting for mattresses for a couple of weeks throughout different stores between LA and OC counties because we were moving to our first ever spot and it was going to be the first mattress owned by us as-well. When we got into the Sit n’ Sleep store at Santa Ana, we were greeted by Ron Gonzalez, sleep consultant who asked us what we were looking for, and we explained briefly the type of mattress we were interested and asked to be let browse in the store. He invited us to try and spend as much time needed. After some time he checked in to see if we had questions. We had tried enough to gather a few queries. He gave us precise answers and guided us to the best options comfort and budget wise. We left the store and came back a few days later to confirm deals and final prices since we wanted to compare with another mattress candidate that we had at a different store. We came for a mattress only but since we were planning to get a bed frame aswell he offered us a great deal for both. Ron was such a good consultant, very well educated in mattress knowledge and even better as a person. Me and husband always appreciate and remember the kind of people that are good above all. As a young married couple we find valuable the people that we encounter throughout the important steps we take in our marriage life, since they are sort of part of the adventure. I keep coming back for the quality, the customer service, and the fact that they are locally made with high quality materials.The sales experience is truly unique in the mattress world, none of that deceptive marketing or ambiguous pricing models-the prices are listed just as they are, no haggling necessary and for the quality--extremely reasonable. The prices are transparent and readily found, no hidden charges....just like how every other product on the market is...albeit used cars and other mattress stores. That is a strong demonstration of integrity with relationship to their customer, I appreciate that. Good luck getting that at any of the other mattress stores...which just happen to be middle men distributors with unscrupulous sales tactics.On customer service- I bought a mattress protector from them, this protector is a very high quality organic cotton piece, but upon trying it on the bed I wasn't particularly fond of the feel-nothing is wrong with it and its extremely high quality (like everything else they sell)..upon letting them know I wasn't happy with the feel, John from their central location reached out personally, followed up multiple times, and ultimately made things right with an amenable solution. This company and particular individual demonstrate a level of customer satisfaction that is rare these days, high end products with high end customer service.Every guest who has stayed in my guest bedroom with their mattress has said they slept like a king and loved the mattress.Their attention to detail on using high end materials that are safe, their warranty and care that you're happy with their product, their personal touch with customer service, and the fact that they are locally made will keep me coming back for years to come. I'll continue to recommend them for years to come, I'm happy companies like this still exist.”

Today we had the fortune of having PEIMAN SOBHANI to assist us with buying a bed mattress. He knew all the product features that helped us make our decision to purchase while in the store. We also are shopping for a new stove top for our desert house, and he knew this product as well. I would have bought today, but need to do some additional measurements of the existing stove top. I will be back. From a prior visit, I understand that Howard's doesn't pay a commission so there is no hint of sales pressure. Even better, the employees are on profit sharing therefore giving them a great opportunity to own part of the business.
