“I was looking for a new mattress and I stopped into Custom Comfort Mattress in NB. Azita explained the mattresses in detail and took a lot of time with me. She made me feel very comfortable. I returned two days later with my husband and we made the decision to buy a mattress. Azita is the reason we decided to purchase our mattress at Custom Comfort Mattress. She is extremely helpful and very easy to work with.”

“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Carl. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured throughout the process. He took the time to understand how we sleep, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. We ended up purchasing a Tempur-Pedic, and we feel confident we made the right choice because of Carl’s guidance. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision easy and enjoyable. If you’re shopping for a new mattress, I highly recommend asking for Carl. Excellent customer service from start to finish!”

“Awesome experience making a purchase at Sit 'n Sleep for the first time! Michael in Santa Ana was incredibly helpful. I had no idea exactly what I wanted and he took time to educate me and work with my limited budget. Michael gave me an incredible deal on a quality mattress AND an adjustable base! My bed was delivered and setup over the weekend in 15 minutes…wow! What a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. I can't speak highly enough of Michael and the folks at Sit 'n Sleep. A deal on a bed can be found at many places, but the amazing, honest people at Sit 'n Sleep create customers for life. Thank you Sit 'n Sleep!”

“Thomas at Ortho Mattress was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the various mattress options without overwhelming us. You can tell he really understands his products and genuinely wants to help customers find the right fit. What we appreciated most was that Thomas was friendly and approachable, but never pushy. He gave us the space to try out different mattresses while still being available to answer all our questions. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. We also scored an amazing deal during the Presidents’ Day weekend sale, which made the purchase even better. On top of that, delivery was quick and seamless. If you’re shopping at Ortho Mattress, definitely ask for Thomas—you’ll be in great hands!”

“My boyfriend and I spent the day furniture shopping, which is always an adventure! We visited a few different furniture stores before stopping at Bob’s, and the difference in customer service was night and day. Kyle helped us, and he truly went above and beyond. I honestly felt bad because I had him running back and forth across the store for nearly two hours, and he never once seemed bothered (I was definitely the one who needed a break!). He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for. One of my favorite moments was when he used the shirt he was wearing to help us color-match a rug to the couch we purchased because it was almost the exact same shade. That’s the kind of extra effort that really stands out. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Bob’s. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, great quality furniture, unbeatable prices, and fast delivery, I can’t recommend them enough. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We purchased our couch from Ashley off of Edinger and had a great experience. Bruce was very helpful and patient and gave us some pointers about placement that really helped us to make a good choice. He was not selling, but trying to help which is unusual for a sales person. I would recommend Ashley‘s for anyone looking for home furnishing.”

“Big shoutout to the workers at this store! They were very honest and extremely helpful. We visited the store because we were nearby and I wanted to check some products that I was thinking of getting during Black Friday. Bianca helped me understand the differences between different options and had really good answers to my questions, the experience was so good that we ended up buying our whole new bed bundle that same week. She was also very helpful with some questions I had after the sale. I've been a Casper user for over 10 years and I'm looking forward to many more!”

“Just about everyone in my life has heard some version of the following review, because I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. For context, my partner and I put over 40 hours of research and visiting mattress stores into this mattress decision. There were initially a lot of contenders. And in the end, there was only one we felt confident about - Custom Comfort Mattress. My family and I have been customers of theirs for over 20 years and I was delighted to learn just how good they are in their industry. Throughout the process, we wandered into 3 Custom Comfort stores and the customer service in each was outstanding so they're all getting this shout-out. We never felt like they were trying to make the sale - there wasn't pressure to make a decision - they just gave us the facts with pride and the mattresses sold themselves. Rod sat with us on a rainy afternoon at the Huntington Beach store and answered our long-list of minutiae questions - it gave us confidence that everyone in the company knows their product and wants the best for their customers. In the world of mattresses, Custom Comfort is producing a far superior product. I've owned mattresses in the past from their Select Collection (entry-level) and for this purchase, we jumped up to their Reserve Collection (premier level). We wanted a bed that was all natural materials with no memory foam, which we learned limits the lifespan of your mattress. We also wanted to avoid potentially toxic materials used to meet U.S. flammability requirements (Custom Comfort achieves this with wool). Bonus is that all of their mattresses are double-sided (flippable) which most on the market are not these days. The mattress we purchased should last us 20-30 years if we care for it well. This is the type of company that earns your trust. Not that we needed reassurance, but we asked if we could visit their factory in Orange to see how their mattresses are made. I felt like an elementary school kid on a field trip - I absolutely loved it. The warehouse manager Chewy personally guided us through all the stages of the mattress build and shared that most employees have been on the job for 10-30 years. They clearly take pride in their work and the brand. From the time we made the purchase to the time it was set up in our bedroom was 5 days. Great customer service to the end - Oscar and Omar were our courteous and on-time delivery crew and they made several adjustments to the bed height and position in the room to make sure I was completely satisfied. We've been sleeping on our new mattress for a week and we're finding our aches and pains greatly reduced. Check this company out - they're the real deal!”

“Visiting this mattress store was an outstanding experience. While the quality of the mattresses is well-known, it's Rafael who truly makes the difference. His remarkable intuition and ability to gauge our needs were impressive. He anticipated what we wanted even before we realized it ourselves. In just 45 minutes, we purchased two beds and had a delightful conversation, making the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend not only their mattresses but also Rafael's exceptional service. ---”

“We have a good 6" spring mattress in our boat, but it's not very comfortable. We worked with the HMC team to design a 3" gel foam topper and we are so glad we did!! Firstly, the experience overall was efficient, professional, and timely. The finished product was of high quality and fit perfectly. Most important is that it transformed our uncomfortable boat bed into cloud nine! We've never slept better. Thank you HMC!!!”

“Kyle was so helpful when I walked in the door. My purpose of coming by myself was to gather information for my husband so as not to waste his time. Kyle looked up our history and the bed we bought 15 years ago. He showed me the new version of the same bed. I was pleased that he did not try to sell me anything else. Kyle showed me the improvements that Sleep Number has made. He offered ways we could save money if we wanted. I made an appointment for my husband to come see the bed. Kyle was brief in his explanation of the bed and answered my husband’s questions. It was a very positive experience for both of us. It made the decision to buy the bed an easy one.”

“Went to five mattress/furniture stores in Huntington Beach without any interest. Even went to Cosco and Sam’s Club. Either overpriced or poor quality. Except for HB Mattress. Talking to John, the owner, whose dad made mattresses since the 50’s showed me affordable quality mattresses perfect for my needs. All are locally made - not imported. This is the place for good prices for excellent products.”

“If one does not need to be wooed by an expensive showroom or slick sales people, and instead want a quality mattress at a fair price, at a price lower than department and furniture stores, then this small gem located in an industrial area near the intersection of Slater Avenue and Newhope Street in Fountain Valley. The employee knows mattresses well and made appropriate recommendations. Moreover, I needed a new mattress for a visitor on short notice, and the employee delivered it himself a few days later as part of the purchase price.”

“My family and I bought hard rubber mattresses to prevent back pain here. The mattresses are very good, the sales ladies here are very dedicated and what I like best is that I don't have to haggle over the price, always the same. The mattress is very cool, very comfortable. Thank you Happy2ez, those who need a good mattress with a straight back should come to Happy2ez. They come in a wide variety of hardnesses.”
