“Due to my job I travel in front of this store at least 10 to 15 times a day. Great location, Staff are always upbeat and friendly w me. Store is always well stocked, tons of beers, snacks and a few hot items like pizza, wings and grill treats. This is probably one of the busiest 7/11 stores due to it being the only one on Balboa Blvd that carrys the volume it does of products and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. Being 150 yards from the beach doesnt hurt either. Great store, good friendly staffers. Always been shown kindness and laughter w everyone there.”

“The Best 7-11 in this part of Orange County/Costa Mesa. For the most part the staff are friendly, overnight a couple people are grumpy but for the most part everyone is great. This location is stocked very well most of the time, it's probably one of the better stocked 7-11 stores around. I think I have only had a bad run in with one staff member but I think he didn't have his Fruit Loops for breakfast that day.”
“Based off all the low reviews for this location, I think people need to lower their expectations for a 7-Eleven. I went to buy a soda and a snack, and they had my soda and a snack - that's all I'm hoping for at a convenience store. The cashier promptly rang me up. Everything went as expected.”

“I spent two days at this Apple Store upgrading my phone due to a data-transfer glitch. Even during the hectic new-product launch weekend, Grant and his team were incredibly patient, kind, and professional. Grant went above and beyond to make sure everything worked and even gave me a gift to thank me for my patience, this gesture made a stressful process a pleasure. Having worked in customer service myself, I was impressed by how well he takes care of his staff and customers alike. I am thankful to the team for their patience and kindness.
