Instead of going to some of the most expensive options to start, he provided us with several affordable choices. He spent over an hour with us and never once made us feel pressured to purchase a bed from him. We ended up leaving to "sleep on it" and knew before we got home that we wanted to buy our mattress from Steven. We went back first thing next morning and purchased a new Tempur-pedic. We will be referring our friends and family to this store any time they need a new mattress. Steven is a real asset to the company and was a pleasure to work with.”

For context, my partner and I put over 40 hours of research and visiting mattress stores into this mattress decision. There were initially a lot of contenders. And in the end, there was only one we felt confident about - Custom Comfort Mattress. My family and I have been customers of theirs for over 20 years and I was delighted to learn just how good they are in their industry. Throughout the process, we wandered into 3 Custom Comfort stores and the customer service in each was outstanding so they're all getting this shout-out. We never felt like they were trying to make the sale - there wasn't pressure to make a decision - they just gave us the facts with pride and the mattresses sold themselves. Rod sat with us on a rainy afternoon at the Huntington Beach store and answered our long-list of minutiae questions - it gave us confidence that everyone in the company knows their product and wants the best for their customers. In the world of mattresses, Custom Comfort is producing a far superior product. I've owned mattresses in the past from their Select Collection (entry-level) and for this purchase, we jumped up to their Reserve Collection (premier level). We wanted a bed that was all natural materials with no memory foam, which we learned limits the lifespan of your mattress. We also wanted to avoid potentially toxic materials used to meet U.S. flammability requirements (Custom Comfort achieves this with wool). Bonus is that all of their mattresses are double-sided (flippable) which most on the market are not these days. The mattress we purchased should last us 20-30 years if we care for it well. This is the type of company that earns your trust. Not that we needed reassurance, but we asked if we could visit their factory in Orange to see how their mattresses are made. I felt like an elementary school kid on a field trip - I absolutely loved it. The warehouse manager Chewy personally guided us through all the stages of the mattress build and shared that most employees have been on the job for 10-30 years. They clearly take pride in their work and the brand. From the time we made the purchase to the time it was set up in our bedroom was 5 days. Great customer service to the end - Oscar and Omar were our courteous and on-time delivery crew and they made several adjustments to the bed height and position in the room to make sure I was completely satisfied. We've been sleeping on our new mattress for a week and we're finding our aches and pains greatly reduced. Check this company out - they're the real deal!”

“These bamboo sheet sets are the very best most comfortable I've ever had in my life, got the percal sheet set this time, but also have 2 resort style bedding sets already at home, and the best part is there temperature regulating for my always hot menopausal self. I will never by any other brand but Cariloha for my bedding needs. Highly recommend this brand to ALL! “Nick was so helpful and friendly and gave me such a great deal. Going into the store instead of shopping online you get a way better deal. Ask for Nick!! The bed is amazing!! I noticed the first night the cooling feature as I get very hot during the night. My partner and I can even have fun and compete to have better sleep on the app. I also love the automatic lighting when I get up. In love with this bed.”

“Service " SPOT ON " as soon as we walked in the receptionist says welcome to living spaces let me know if I can help in anyway .... I mean DAM straight up feeling comfortable already , as we walk down me & my wife stop & look at the outdoor stuff for our yard & one of the Floor Assistance Members came and said we have juice , water , coffee , cookies ( made in house ) please stop by and grab some ( Holy Batman seriously in house made cookies ) me and my little one headed over while my wife was looking around ( as she was embarrassed that we were going there to pick up snacks and drinks ) we get there grab some cookies / drinks and ---- WOW seriously WOW cookies were warm and super good I should have taken pictures of us in action ( eating & drinking ) but my phone was at the time 3% ( lol ) anyways not only do they have great products to choose from but they do it in a none push way that makes you feel obliged to buy something. The staff checks in on you to see if you need anything , great value for your $ on furniture & different room accessories. The promotion they have is great for different levels of purchase. Let's be honest things are just expensive now so why not get your new couches or something new for your room , possibly outside decor since spring is right around the corner . Look Yelp Family this has been my to go store for years & the customer service has been on point - prices reasonable - great warranty- places looks amazing ( kudos to the cleaning crew for having living spaces looking ready for shoppers to come and enjoy - there's nothing better then a clean store to buy from so plz management team thank your cleaning staff as they deserve a kudos ) Check them out tell them Albert sent you stay safe keep on shining living spaces and see you on my next round as I know my wife was looking at a couple of different things yesterday.”
