“This Kaiser in Long Beach has been like a home to me for the last six months! Unfortunately, I come here often, but I have enjoyed the service from the reception, pharmacy, and labs. I have also seen my main primary provider often here in person. Parking is very scarce in their underground parking; I have only been on the street once. They have only one level for you to park at because the second level is for employees. I then go up the stairs to the lobby to check-in. You can get your appointment information, lab number, drop off stool samples, and more. The pharmacy can get busy, but that at every hospital if you go at a prime time hour. My primary care doctor has been excellent, and I plan to keep him while I'm in Southern California. He is very caring and has helped me a lot. It just sucks that it's hard to get an appointment at any Kaiser in Southern California, but that is not this location's fault! There is also NO EMERGENCY or URGENT CARE here; you must go to South Bay Kaiser Medical offices in the Palos Verdes area or Downey.”
“Having had experiences at various pharmacies over the years, I can confidently say that Dr. Brian Lynn, his wonderful wife Frances, and their amazing team are a true delight. They have assisted me during some of the most vulnerable times when I needed to visit a pharmacy. If you haven't visited this pharmacy yet, do yourself a favor and go. Not only are they incredible to work with, but they also offer a fantastic selection of gift items. It's more than just a pharmacy—it's a place filled with beautiful people.”
“They have alotta fun specialty items and gifts at this store. Also, great greeting cards - from fancy and elevated to straightforward Happy Birthday varieties. Can be pricey, but they offer free gift wrapping with purchase, which is great in a pinch. Helpfulness of the staff is hit or miss, but overall, it is a great neighborhood gift shop!”

“I don't believe I've ever posted a yelp review before, but Mike, the owner and main pharmacist at Westcliff Compounding Pharmacy, has gone above and beyond for me so many times now that I feel almost obligated to leave this review. I have many complex health issues and diagnoses, including a diagnosis called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) which makes me intolerant to many of the excipients (or fillers) found in nearly all commercially available medications (i.e., regularly available tablets, capsules, liquids, nasal sprays, etc.). As a result, I have to have all of my medications compounded (specially made) with a specific capsule and only one specific excipient or compounded into a nasal spray without preservatives (depending on the medication in question). Mike has tracked down many active ingredients for me to trial in connection with my MCAS that other compounding pharmacies have refused to even attempt to locate, has prepared specialty compounds I've used in the hospital and during recovery for each of the six neurosurgeries I've had over the past year (some on short notice) and has never failed to deliver whatever I've needed on time. He is also far easier to reach by phone and far more helpful than any pharmacist I have ever worked with, ships medications overnight and is licensed in CA and NY (I live in Northern CA but my neurosurgeries have been in NY). If you have any sort of specialty pharmaceutical needs and are looking for a compounding pharmacy or happen to live in the Newport Beach, CA area and are looking for a new pharmacy in general, please consider Mike and Westcliff Compounding Pharmacy. You will not be disappointed.”

Your night time manager both visits was also professional and kind. I’m a loyal CVS customer due to your AWEsome coupon Extra Care system. Whomever is in charge of it is a genius! I like how Extra Care offers discounts/coupons based on previous purchases/my favorite items (Ie La Roche Posay, etc). I prefer CVS over your competition due to Extra Care.
