I came in two weeks late from when I said I would on the phone, and she still remembered me and helped me without bitterness (which would have been deserved-- she had to pull boxes of shoes down for me to prepare for my visit BOTH TIMES). I was having a pretty emotional day when I visited the store and she not only helped me find my perfect shoes, but comforted me as well. She's also extremely complimentary. The shoes are good value; I've been shopping here for awhile. They can run a bit expensive but they're built to last. Marni shoes I bought years ago still fit and work like they did that first year. “the best sandals EVER! The guy was so incredibly sweet, and the shoes are even better! At first they were a tad bit uncomfortable but after wearing them for only 1 hour i broke them in and they feel AMAZING! They are all handmade and made from real animals! So cute and amazing!”

“OH NO ! My wife and I popped in here on Saturday to buy a pair of standard pillowcases for the guest bedroom.....nothing fancy. All we could find was their home brand for $95. TOO RICH FOR US ! NOTE - Of course with 20 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2023 I can tell you what is great !”
