Tonal - Nordstrom provides a shopping experience noted for its excellent and helpful associates. In men's shoes, one associate provided terrific, amazing service with no hassle, completing an exchange on the spot. Another associate in the same department is always knowledgeable about trends, comfort, and correct fit, helping customers get in and out quickly. In the baby department, an associate was knowledgeable about every detail of products like car seats and strollers, offering helpful suggestions and able to send purchases directly to a customer's address. The store itself is beautiful with three floors of fabulous shopping, including a freestanding Sugarfina. A key service is the ability to order items not in stock, with free shipping to a customer's house, often arriving within a week. This combination of outstanding service and convenient options fosters loyal customers.
This is my favorite Nordstrom because BELLA in men's shoes is always knowledgeable about trends and comfort, plus correct fit. I'm always in a hurry, so getting in and out of the shoe department is very helpful. BELLA (the girl with the tattoos) is the best!

This is a beautiful Nordstrom and there are 3 floors of fabulous shopping!! I love their shoes and tried on a few pairs but didn't find any that were particularly outstanding today. They have a freestanding Sugarfina with the cutest champagne gummies that are not THC or CBD, just pure sugar.
