I want to shout out Grace - the manager of the men’s section at this Newport Nordstrom location. Both times I have needed extra assistance, she has been there to help. She listens, responds very nicely, and puts the customer first. Great hire Nordstrom! People like her are the reason I keep shopping at Nordstrom.
