“I ordered a shirt online and received tracking and confirmation emails. The shirt I purchased is our team shirt in a golf tournament I'm playing in this week. When UPS wasn't updating their tracking and the shirt didn't arrive, I called customer service and spoke to Spencer. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to investigate the lost order. He even called me back multiple times to update me on his progress. Ultimately UPS was unable to ever find this order and Spencer had another shirt expedited out to me so I would have it in time for our golf tournament. It is so unusual today to actually have customer service call back and follow up on issues. I was blown away by Spencer and his attention to this issue.”

“I am very picky about my linens and Bloomingdale's always has the best. I bought the Hudson Park Collection this time in the 680 and 800 thread count. It's their higher quality so the price is a bit pricey but best to buy when they have their big home sale. Service was great. Eleanor helped me and she was very pleasant and helpful.”
“We stopped into Buck Mason in Fashion Island, being only vaguely familiar with the brand. Two hours and a substantial purchase later, I have to applaud this store and staff for creating an unparalleled shopping experience.
It’s not often the staff of a retail store encapsulate the vibe of a brand; after meeting this crew, I’m confident this staff does exactly that. Warm, engaging, friendly without being contrived or saccharine, and each equally gorgeous and stylish, putting their own spin on the brand’s style in an aspirational way.
We worked mainly with Erik, the store manager. Erik was truly delightful; he met and read my husband’s fashion reticence and gave him ample space to try things on comfortably and without pressure, while always ready to grab a different size or recommend a different fit. Erik knew every detail about material, sizing, and fit and very quickly understood what we were interested in and looking for.
The culture of the store felt mature but cool, and they treated my teenage daughter with the same respect and warmth as they did me, the middle-aged mom.
We come to Newport Beach every year and a stop into the store will become tradition (until we get one in Salt Lake City… please!) I applaud the entire staff for cultivating such a happy memory for my family.”
“Shout out to the folks at Legend Coastal! They carry excellent products at fantastic prices and service to back it up. Shipped from sunny CA to Buffalo in 3 days. I had been searching for these Patagonia bags forever and google search results unfortunately had this store buried. I searched thru the Shop app and thankfullly these guys popped up at the top! So stoked on the product and the deal. They are going to be sweet mounted as a soft sided cabinet in my (work in progress) camper van. Colors are spot on!”

Las Olas in Newport Beach is a total gem. The store is beachy, stylish, and super welcoming. Their swimsuit selection is top-notch, with everything from trendy bikinis to classic one-pieces, plus great cover-ups and beach accessories.
The staff is fantastic. The sales associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They made it easy to find suits that actually fit well and feel amazing.

Everyone is so helpful and if there is something they don’t have they make it a priority to get it for me and have it delivered to my home so I don’t have to make an extra trip back down from LA. Literally each person in there was so incredibly helpful with finding items, styling, and service. The store associate in the fitting room did such a thorough search and grabbed literally every skirt she could find to help me style my outfit. I so so appreciated it. The people up in the front were super kind & the cashier was also helping me find an item online in different colors and sizes. Everyone was all around so supportive and the kindness is unmatched. “I went to Macy’s Fashion Island recently and want to shout out an employee: Tamy (Fatima) Saleh, who went above and beyond to help me and my friend. We were at the point of being totally done shopping. We had been running around already for hours looking for pants for a wedding and Tami’s friendly demeanor and willingness to take care of us was truly refreshing. She saved us time and gave us the opportunity to spend the remaining time we had together since he was in from out of area; which made all the difference. Otherwise we would have had to keep driving around to other stores and Macy’s to find these pants. Take care of this woman, Macy’s, cause she’s definitely taking care of your customers and reputation. 10/10 on her.”

The staff is great and friendly but not hovering all over you. Such a great vibe when you walk in. Take your time checking everything out.”
“VERY COMFORTABLE CLOTHING ! My wife and I Iove this clothing brand...we have bought a swag of it at 2 different stores already. We had my wife's son in tow when we walked in here around 3pm on Saturday.......this is quite a small store compared to the others we have seen. VERY BUSY ! There were a lot of customers which made the store look even smaller. My wife was on a mission wanting to buy a couple of new Long-Sleeve Lux Crew ( long sleeve t-shirts ). They had just the one in Black Heather in my wife's small size...it looked great and my wife said it felt very comfortable. My wife also wanted one in Plum Heather but they had none. That will be a BUY ONLINE job along with another pair of Performance Joggers...long. I bought another Strato Tech Tee ( t-shirt ) in Navy Heather plus another pair of Fleet Joggers in Black. And we bought my wife's son a Strato Tech Tee in Charcoal Heather. REAL HELPFUL SERVICE ! One of the managers named Noah looked after us at the cashier desk. THE QUALITY IS FABULOUS !”
