We realized that the initial mattress was too soft and needed to work out a return/exchange. Lisa was on point to get us taken care of and she was fantastic! She found us a better option, was very accommodating on price and delivery - extremely professional and friendly.

The entire process, from helping me decide on materials and finish, to fabrication and shipping, was very straightforward. The packaging was excellent. It made the long trip from California to North Carolina with no damage. Using the on-line assembly instructions, I was able to put the cabinet together without any problem. Each piece and pre-drilled hole fit together exactly as it should. It is a welcomed addition to the other furniture in the great room and will be a great place for all the stereo components to call home! Thanks again.”

“The store is clean and well managed except for they don't rotate stock consistently. I always check expiration dates and sometimes they lose a sale. The staff is always friendly even when customers are a bit abusive. They can't help how many checkstands are open. Why take it out on them?”

“We were led to believe the delivery men were going to remove our old bed frame. This was not so. We had it stripped down to headboard footboard and side rails waiting for them to remove the rest that was VERY heavy. Luckily they were willing to help unscrew and take out the pieces of the old frame with our help doing so. Your sales people need to make it very explicit in your contract that the room must be cleared of the old furniture first by the homeowner. This was very upsetting for us during the entire delivery process. FYI this needs to be taken care of ASAP.”

“I have bought several pieces of furniture from Style House and they always deliver! Recently I ordered a love seat to match the couch I had and requested it be here for Thanksgiving. David assured me it would be or he would loan me one until it came in. Sure enough, when the warehouse was slow he hand delivered a loaner from his showroom floor! I was able to have enough seating for family and he then exchanged them out when my order arrived. Now that’s service!”
