“Absolutely has been 5 Star service during COVID and ever since. Chase on Hidden Valley was horrible enough for us to withdraw all of our money and open an account at Citi bank at that location. We've received at most customer service from the get-go. Every single time we go there, there is no line, and if there is, they open more tellers, customer service does their best to service us for our special requests and Karen has just been exceptional today with advising us with more options to get the most for our money. Absolutely has been awesome to be part of Citibank family.”

When my wife passed away in May 2023, I found myself in dire need of a notary and the Norco BofA has one: Nuvia Hernandez
I found Nuvia to be a very professional, knowledgeable, and personable employee. She is a patient, caring person and helped me to understand many of the government document’s that were required to be notarized.
If not for Nuvia, I believe that things would not have gone as well as they did and I am looking forward to Nuvia helping me in the new year with any future notary or banking needs that may arise.
As for the branch itself, I have never had an issue there. Good employees doing a good job.
