“Jeff is by far the best mechanic I have ever used.. The responsiveness and quality are unmatched. Everytime I had a question about anything he always answered his phone. He made me feel safe through the whole process of having to get my transmission replaced. I've been driving my car for about a week now and it feels and sounds better than the day I bought it.. In my opinion, you would have to be crazy not to take your car to him. He goes above and beyond what I could of ever expected.. He even cleaned my engine. He truly cares.. “This is my favorite mechanic. I have been going to them for almost 10 years. I recommend them to everyone. They have been cheaper than other places I looked into but I feel like they always do great work. And I trust them more than any other mechanic I've ever had. I feel like they have my best interest at heart. One time I had my brakes need repair far sooner than expected. The dealership did not want to honor the warranty and were asking me to pay for the repair because of "wear and tear". So I brought my car to M&R (because I would rather pay them). And they told me to fight my dealership about the warranty. Instead of just taking the job, they gave me information about my brakes and ultimately I got the dealership to replace my brakes for free with M&R's encouragement.”
“I took my car here because I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. I was next door at Benz Auto body for repairs to the bumper/light when my car stopped running. Glad I was in the area lol. When I walked in the gentleman was very nice. I left my car there overnight and the next day they called me and told me what was wrong with. It actually felt they were being fair with pricing and they also informed me that my car will be ready by the end of the day, which was perfect. This car is actually for my daughter to get back-and-forth to high school, so I need it to be in good working condition. My car runs like a beauty now!! I have found my new location for repairs and I definitely recommend service. I have two other vehicles that I will now have repairs done at this location. Thank you!!”
“Went to see Brian and Chris yesterday just for an oil change on my 2004 Toyota truck. As always they were fantastic in getting me in ( appointment) on time and starting, telling me it would be about an hour. The garage is immaculate, the tv waiting room with books and plants immaculate, and the service with explanation of all when finished is something most shops do not do!!!! Brian said my truck was fine, just a tire that may need to be replaced next year ( starting to crack)... These guys take pride in their work and are totally honest and reliable. They were recommended to me by long time customers and it was the best experience ever finding Toy Toyota and meeting these great people!!! THANK YOU!!! Hard to find honest mechanics but if you want honest work and info check this place out!!!! Love it!!!”

“I was in a drive thru, so could stay in the car. The guys were fast and friendly and it was cool to experience their teamwork. Two of the cars were ready at the same time for the final check. So we were directed together to turn the lights on, put your foot on the break, put the car in reverse and other things to check that the lights of the car work. This was my first time and I was quite surprised how they worked together. A highlight of my day!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“I am so happy that Kieran (the owner) is so dedicated to fixing cars and solving complex problems. My old van needed new rear drum brakes. Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts. He tracked down the one remaining set in Texas and had it shipped to him. Now my van feels new!!Kieran worked hard to solve this problem and still just charged me a reasonable fee.”

“Had car trouble while driving and was looking for a parking lot to park and call for a tow. I look over, and what are the chances that I'm broke down right in front of an auto repair shop. I pull in, and within 10 minutes, they've already diagnosed the issue, showed me the problem (my fan broke...who knew the blades of a fan could break off!!) and let me know they could fix it. Unfortunately it was already 4pm and they couldn't get the part until morning. They called me at 9am the next day, and my car was already fixed! I was like wow, you guys are fast! They let me know that they pulled it apart before they closed, so as soon as the part came in the next morning, they could get it put back on right away. Super nice, super fast, very knowledgeable and affordable.”
“I would like to thank Greg and his team at Los Altos Gas Auto Care on El Camino for helping my mom and I on two different occasions. The first time, my mom’s friend’s car rear taillight went out, I looked for a shop nearby and it showed this one right across the street from her home. We dropped by hoping we could fix it the same day and Greg was able to care of it within 15 minutes and we were on our way.The second time was just recently when I tried to turn my car on and it would just shut off on me. Due to personal health issues I haven’t driven my car in a very long time and knowing that the shop that I usually take my car to is too far from here caused me enormous amount of stress. I thought about this shop immediately but I was almost 100% sure that they would turn me away because not everyone agrees to work on this specific make. I decided to try my luck anyway and to my surprise they agreed to do a diagnostic and oil change. I scheduled an appointment the following day, my car was ready within a couple of hours with no issues whatsoever.One very important thing I want to point out:As a woman, I greatly appreciate and respect them for their honesty and not taking advantage me as many shops usually try to do. I would have paid any price to fix my car at this point but I have never seen service prices like the ones here. I almost feel guilty and undercharged, in my opinion, I should have paid double the amount for their service and care. Nevertheless, my car feels great, drives very smoothly with no issues. I am looking forward to coming back to get my brakes replaced soon. Highly recommend!”
