“This boutique has SO many gorgeous styles, I honestly came in not really knowing what I was looking for and Adrienne was my angel. This girl really knows what she's doing and was able to figure out exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for, she has a crazy skill. But overall my experience with a&be bridal was really through the roof. I've been to multiple bridal boutiques up until that point, at first I even left but had to come back because I couldn't help but remember the outstanding customer support and selection of "pinteresty" gowns. They truly have a wide range, for those who are looking for elegant or clean, all the way to extravagant or ethereal – and are a must stop shop literally down from the bay area and up to the capital. “I had the pleasure of working with Desi and had the most wonderful experience! First off, this store is beautiful and has a HUGE inventory. They really make the shopping experience elevated with the decor, welcome sign, drinks and snacks, and the different parts of the store. Pictures of the store don't show how beautiful the store truly is. Second, it was so great to be paired with Desi, who really had my best interest in mind and gave her honest and professional input regarding my questions about fit, customizations, color, etc. She really cared about making this the best experience and advocated for me. I made notes during my appointment booking that I had been to many stores previously and tried on a TON of dresses prior to Bride to Be, and she called me the day before my appointment to get a better understanding of where I was at. I appreciated this as it helped make my appointment more efficient and we didn't waste any time asking these questions during the appointment!
I purchased my dream dress here the same day :) and didn't even realize the appointment went way past closing. I wasn't aware of the time as Desi didn't rush me at all. Though I felt bad to keep the store open, it just shows how Desi and Bride to Be Couture have amazing customer service. I'm very excited to continue working with Desi once my dress comes in and to finish the look with accessories.
With this being the perfect experience, a tip for future brides is that shipping and storage costs are an extra cost. I was surprised to see these costs at the very end when I received the invoice for payment, as they were not small (perhaps it's the designer I purchased from?), and would've appreciated these costs being explained prior to or at the beginning of the appointment. I would consider these costs as a part of my dress budget. Overall, I had the most wonderful experience, thank you Bride to Be Couture!”

“It’s rare that you get to meet someone who is truly a master at what they do. Carole’s work is worth absolutely every penny. Usually I’m a frugal person, but I had fallen in love with a dress that had extraordinary beadwork on it, and I’m glad Carole didn’t throw me out the first day. She literally spent 8.5 hours on *just* the beading, which she matched perfectly and seamlessly with the rest of the dress. It’s absolutely dazzling.
She’s been doing wedding dresses for decades, and has the talent and taste to create anything and everything from scratch. She probably has the exact fabric to recreate your dress from top to bottom already in her shop.
She fit the dress to me like a glove, with precision and artistry. She also hemmed it, added a bustle, made a super helpful video to guide my maid of honor, and gave me helpful hints about styling.
She’s also an absolute pleasure to work with, reliable, and over-delivers. There are so many things that you can stress about when it comes to weddings, do yourself a favor and solve this one with some extra money.

“Sylvia is such a sweetheart. I got my dress from Etsy in the shop's sizing, so of course it didn't quite fit. The bust needed to be taken in and I accidentally tore a hole under an armpit when trying it on ??♀️ Not gonna lie, I lagged on getting my dress altered. When I contacted Sylvia, we were about a month out from my wedding. She got me in the next day to evaluate my dress and scheduled me to pick it up with a bit of time to spare in case it needed some last adjustments. She mentioned that the way the dress was made, the other armpit would likely tear too (already showed signs), so she would add lace applique to reinforce it. When I picked up my dress, it fit wonderfully and I couldn't even tell she added new applique because it blended so well! I only noticed after she pointed it out ? Anyways, Sylvia is great and I definitely recommend her services.”

“We’ve rented 2 separate tuxedos on 2 separate occasions with Lupe. Both times she exceeded expectations with a customer service. We had to FaceTime my son and get measurements from him and Lupe did a wonderful job figuring out what he needed. She recommended the type of tux which was a Michael Kors one with cooling technology since we were going to be in Italy and it was humid. She got us the tuxes early and took care of everything after we got back, she even gave us extra clips to go over the buttons, just in case some were lost! Lupe has a great sense of humor and is lovely to talk with also. All of those dresses and crowns in her store are beautifully kept up and taken care. Any time we need a tux, we will always go to Lupe!”
