Five stars for Keisha on overnights.
This location hasn’t always been consistent, but lately I’ve been running into employees with genuinely good attitudes—and Keisha is a perfect example.
She was just getting ready to start her shift, grabbing some coffee, and I made a quick comment about the caffeine. That small moment turned into a short conversation, and what stood out immediately was her positive energy, friendly demeanor, and just overall good spirit.
She didn’t have to go out of her way—she wasn’t even on the clock yet—but she was warm, engaging, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. That kind of attitude says a lot about a person, and it carries over into how customers get treated.
Sometimes it’s not about a transaction—it’s about the energy people bring into a place, and Keisha brought nothing but good vibes.
Five stars. Walmart is better for having people like her. At checkout, I chose a cashier who had just been dealing with a difficult customer. You could see she was tired, but she still carried herself with kindness. Her name is LACHUNCE (L-A-C-H-U-N-C-E), and she deserves recognition. When I mentioned it, we had a real, human moment—talking about how people can be tough sometimes, but staying kind and grounded matters. That stuck with me.

This location continues to live down to its reputation — and my experience on New Year’s Day was a perfect example of why.
I’d just spent well over $300 in this store within about half an hour (including a $69 purchase earlier), and as I was exiting late at night, I realized one item looked like it had been overcharged. My total was unexpectedly over $200, and I simply asked if I could step back inside quickly to verify the price.
The response from Tammy was immediate, hostile, and unacceptable.
No explanation. No attempt to help. Just: “You need to get out. Get out of the store.” Repeatedly. Any attempt at basic human conversation was met with the same dismissive command. No curiosity, no professionalism, no respect for a paying customer trying to confirm a charge.
I understand it was a holiday. I understand it was late. But none of that excuses treating customers like problems to be removed — especially after hundreds of dollars spent.
The contrast came seconds later.
As I was leaving, I saw Sanjeev, clearly identified as a coach. I explained what happened, and he immediately stepped in. He calmly took the item, went back to verify the price, and handled the situation exactly how customer service is supposed to work — professionally, respectfully, and efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Five stars for Sanjeev.
Zero for Tammy’s behavior.
This store already sits in a rough area and struggles with perception. Encounters like this only reinforce why people dread shopping here. One employee treated me like a nuisance to eject. Another treated me like a customer worth helping.
Walmart corporate: you should know exactly which of those two deserves to be setting the standard.

“Our first visit in quite a while to any commissary, we found some great deals. Produce was nice and fresh, great selection on all the items. We were able to find alot of vegan options. Will definitely go back.”
“Usually go here to return my amazon things. They give a % off coupon so you can shop. Solid place to find something for anyone in your life. Clothing can be on the pricier end but their clearance racks are plentiful (for women at least).”

“Cool spot to shop! This Kohls is super close by and I enjoy going here on the weekdays early in the morning. I practically have the place to myself and appreciate all the different things Kohls has to offer. From clothes to luggage bags its definitely a one stop shop for us. The staff is always hospitable and friendly. The parking is free and easy with tons of parking spots! The fitting rooms are convenient and I like how you dont have to check in with anyone if you want to try something on. You can simply take any clothing you like and walk right into the fitting rooms to try them on. There is a Sephora on site as well, including a section for Amazon returns. Will definitely keep coming back here for sure!”

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Kohl’s Southern and Northern California. They always have great sales inside the stores and online, and each customer service personnel has always been knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack! This store has an amazing selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, handbags, and even cosmetics and skincare products. There’s something for everyone, and it’s easy to find stylish items at great prices.
One of my favorite things about this store is the variety of brands and the constant new arrivals. Every visit feels like a fun treasure hunt because you can always discover something unique and high quality.
The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The shoe and accessories sections are especially impressive — so many beautiful options to choose from!

“I never shopped at TJ Maxx before today. I'm moving into office work from culinary arts, and I have no idea how to dress myself for a business casual setting.
Iwent to the front desk and asked for help. I was informed that Maria from the jewelry section was the best person to help me.
She is an angel and deserves a raise, a promotion, or something. She educated me and helped me understand my body type and what styles work best for my shape. I didn't understand pleated pants until she taught me! I truly appreciated the time and effort she took in helping me and teach me. She even helped me match shoes! I never felt comfortable wearing backless heels before we matched them to an outfit!

“Macy's at the Westfield Galleria is a solid, reliable anchor store. It’s massive, well-organized, and generally has a great selection across the board.
I usually head to the men's department when I need to grab some new activewear or casual clothes, but this store is also an absolute lifesaver when I need to track down a nice gift for Britney. The fragrance and beauty counters on the first floor always have a ton of options, and the staff is typically very helpful if you need a quick recommendation.
Like most major department stores, the checkout lines can get a little backed up on the weekends, but the store is kept clean and it's incredibly convenient to have right here in Roseville.”

The store had a noticeably cluttered feel, with duplicate items scattered throughout instead of grouped in a clean, organized way. It made browsing a bit more work than usual. That said, there are still great pieces to be discovered if you’re willing to dig a little. Solid selection, just not as polished as it once was.”

My husband has an upcoming interview, and we were a bit unsure about how to choose the right suite size . “So I’ve been going to this Roseville Burlington since October. The LP was always nice. Well ever since an incident happened 19th of February 2025 her attitudes has changed. For about a few days now she will not welcome me in. She actually just ignores me and doesn’t speak to me. I’ve noticed her (R) saying hi welcome in to people before me or after me. We did have an issue where she thought she is a boss telling me and another lady we will never get another blanket. The new GM is going to have a new policy on certain blankets she stated. I just believe she needs to learn her job is Loss Prevention not trying to control what people buy there. She goes in back of stock room and I know what’s happening back there.
