“We have been going to this pond store for over 15 years now, for various products, equipment, fish, etc. Basically for all our pond needs. Recently, we purchased some koi and a few days later all of them plus all our other fish died off. We were in a state of mourning for a couple weeks. We don’t know what happened. The owner, Mark, stepped in and even came out to our house to try to diagnose the issue. We still haven’t been able to figure out what happened but over the course of several weeks, we purchased a bigger stronger pump as well as other recommended chemicals. We’re working together to start anew and get the pond back up to normal, with new fish, etc. Mark has been so accessible to us, which is the definition of going the extra mile. It’s much appreciated. We will continue to patronize this establishment and recommend them to neighbors and family.”

“This place is absolutely spectacular! I went in expecting to poke around for a short bit but ended up staying 2 hours and learning so much! Jonathan is super knowledgeable and helpful. They have an amazing selection of plants, a stellar set up, and you can’t beat the expertise they’re willing to share. I won’t be able to stop raving about this place and I can’t wait to go back. As the owner of a local tree care company who has been in business for 24 years I can tell you if you are an arborist,tree worker you need to check it out they have invested in you and have what you need and they don’t own a tree service that competes with you. If you are a homeowner you are lucky enough to have the professional grade tools with actual experts helping you at the same price as the giant warehouse company that you always have to make a second trip to!!!, you will not find a better company staffed by working owners and from top to bottom people that are experts and truly care. “As my boyfriend and I were out on our anniversary trip we came across a bonsai vendor on the side of the road. We've always wanted one and were quick to pull the trigger on this 20 & 4 years old Juniper bonsai! After some research we started to doubt the health of the 20yr old. We knew we needed a professionals help. Did some more research and boy was I lucky to have came cross Dirty Locus and have contacted Ron. He is one of the few public Bonsai specialist in Sacramento. First off, his garden is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. He has dozens of different kinds of bonsais (indoor/outdoor). He was so kind the moment I called him up, and up to the moment I left his garden. Very eager to help & teach the way of bonsai growing. He was very insightful & thorough with every question I had. I was very skeptical of being able to care for this tree at first until I heard his reassuring words. He helped assess the problems it had, then shortly had me on my way to begin my own bonsai journey. I did pay for a 30min consultation then paid again for the supplies and work he did to re-pot the big one. He offers classes if you'd like to learn more which I thought was so cool. I am very thankful for his help!! If you are interested in starting your own journey this is the best place to start. No doubt about it. Or come take a tour of his garden!”

“Picked up here, loading good, people friendly, checkin good. You park your truck on street, walk up to Shipping Dept they meet you at door or call phone number provided and someone will come over to Shipping office. They'll give you instructions to loading docks(two concrete docks/ramp, areas in yard to docks are a bit tight due to all the mounds of chip products, after loaded they have a axle scale you can use. The Loader will give you your final bills, At the end of street there's a big turn around circle made for truck/trailer...There is some ovnp on street side.”

“Home Depot close to home!! Yay!! Coming here for (nearly) all of our home improvement needs. Staff is friendly, helpful, and this place is surprisingly CLEAN! Another Home Depot I recall had huge rats running around the aisles.. pretty nasty. Didn't see anything like that in this location. Selection is vast, just as you'd expect your local Home Depot to be. Great deals all the time, just depends on what you need and when you need it. Parking has always been manageable every time we've returned. Surrounding area, as you can imagine, is safe and environment is great for family. Just don't let your toddlers go running around or they could get seriously hurt! Glad this Home Depot is close to home. Will be stopping by often, for sure.”
“The workers at propagate are so helpful! I have now brought in 3 of my plants that needed some love and they helped diagnose them and repot them. And it was all free besides the supplies they used in store, like soil and a plastic nursery pot which was never more than $10. They also helped make a drainage hole for a little pot I brought in and only charged me $2. Would 100% recommend bringing your plants here. They have a good selection of plants and pots as well.”
“This review is really about Jose Robles, who was the manager of Pages Fountains when it was open. I recently found Jose's number and so many good comments about him that I contacted him directly for help moving a large, heavy fountain. Jose got the job done for me quickly and in good order and gave us good suggestions for maintaining it, and I definitely recommend him. I echo Laura C's sentiments in that I hope Jose is able to open Page's up again. Malcom in the lumber center went out of his way to be helpful and courteous to us despite our need to rush things along. He was great to work with, got us exactly what we needed, and had us back on the road to finish our job in record time.”

“First of all, this is a contractor store so I felt a bit apprehensive going in for the first time as I am just a DIY homeowner trying to fix my drip system. As soon as I walked in , Michael greeted me and made me feel right at home. He personally walked me thru my project and hand picked all the parts I needed himself! Later that day I had to go back for another part and Roberto provided me with the exact same level of service. It's clear that service is a big part of their store culture and they perform the lost art of customer service better than almost any other business I have encountered in the last year. Thanks guys for the great service and sorry Lowes and Home Depot, you lose!”
