Guy name Alex been rude and very unprofessional.I don't really want to write what I think about him....I hope he gets fired

Pricing is questionable, for example OEM wix oil filter $14.. original at dealer authentic Toyota filter $6.45... no options even around $7 price for said vehicle.. I'm going to start buying my oil elsewhere and filters from the dealer service department. This is a ripoff.
