“Went in to take my vehicle to the Galpin VW Service Dept. They are attentive to my needs as soon as I drove up. Introduced themselves and began the process of checking me in. They were real and upfront about the timeline which I appreciated even though I did not like the backlog. But that's not his fault. They helped me get a rental in the meantime at a discounted rate. Hopefully it won't take you long to get my vehicle back. ?? They even drove me to the car rental place.But all in all, super satisfied with the service I have received this far. “Was having an issue with the 4x4 on my Toyota 4Runner (wouldn't disengage from 4WD) and after taking it to the dealership and another mechanic I decided to take it to a 4 wheel specialist. Both previous mechanics were telling me it might be the whole transmission and that it would be thousands to fix. I took my car in for a diagnostic telling them the issue, the price for the diagnostic was very fair. They are very busy so go into it knowing that, got my car back and they were able to fix the issue after taking their time to really look at my car. I appreciate the fact that they didn't give up and tell me the most expensive fix instead they checked the small stuff first and were able to resolve the issue for me. Definitely recommend, good experience and friendly workers/owner.”
