“On July 19, my vehicle broke down and I went to Store 5483 for help. I had just had my battery replaced by AAA, but my vehicle was still having problems. I was stressed because I needed my Jeep Wrangler fixed that same night so I could get to work the next morning. Richard immediately took the time to listen to everything that had happened and tested my vehicle’s electrical system. After diagnosing the problem, he explained that the alternator had failed and that it was the reason the new battery wasn’t working properly. Since it was Sunday evening and almost every repair shop was closed, I didn’t know what I was going to do. Richard went above and beyond by offering to replace my alternator free of charge. Thanks to his willingness to help, my vehicle was repaired, and I was able to make it to work the next day. I came back to the store to personally thank Richard because I truly appreciated everything he did for me. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help a customer in a difficult situation are the definition of outstanding customer service. Employees like Richard make a lasting impression, and I am incredibly grateful for his help.”
