“I highly recommend GHG Collision Center! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. After needing repairs on my brand-new IS350, I was expecting a stressful experience, but the team at CHG made the entire process effortless. They picked up my vehicle, delivered my rental car, and kept me informed every step of the way. I received regular updates and photos of the repair progress without ever having to ask, which gave me complete peace of mind. A special thank you to V and the entire team for their professionalism, excellent communication, and welcoming attitude. Whether you need minor repairs or major collision work, this is the shop to trust. I am incredibly grateful for the care they took with my vehicle and the exceptional service they provided. Xoxo”

“When I got here some customers were already being helped, but Javier made some time for me to find the right tonneau cover for my truck. He was very knowledgeable about what fits and what doesn't and was even able to give me some tips to help me install it myself, which I chose to do. The prices are fair and I would absolutely recommend someone to come here for their truck needs.”

“I was in need of strong pipe steel rack for my 2019 F-150 and ended up getting a lock box as well. The guys here pay attention to detail and I was delighted that they took the time to measure out dimensions and match bolts in their placement of the rack. I highly recommend Plaza Shell to anyone from working tradesmen to weekend warriors looking for a secure and well built rack system!”

“Went in recently for a Mazda Connect software update for my 2019 CX-5. The update took a little over an hour and I received text message updates on the status with a link to review any additional services needed based on the free diagnostic. Service was excellent from everyone involved as they were welcoming and informative. Although I am not a believer in paying $100 for a proprietary software update that is delivered from a usb stick, the customer service was top notch.”

“On July 19, my vehicle broke down and I went to Store 5483 for help. I had just had my battery replaced by AAA, but my vehicle was still having problems. I was stressed because I needed my Jeep Wrangler fixed that same night so I could get to work the next morning. Richard immediately took the time to listen to everything that had happened and tested my vehicle’s electrical system. After diagnosing the problem, he explained that the alternator had failed and that it was the reason the new battery wasn’t working properly. Since it was Sunday evening and almost every repair shop was closed, I didn’t know what I was going to do. Richard went above and beyond by offering to replace my alternator free of charge. Thanks to his willingness to help, my vehicle was repaired, and I was able to make it to work the next day. I came back to the store to personally thank Richard because I truly appreciated everything he did for me. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help a customer in a difficult situation are the definition of outstanding customer service. Employees like Richard make a lasting impression, and I am incredibly grateful for his help.”

“In a time when everyone was quarantined it was great to find a place that I could get a battery and have them not gouge me. Normally they would have put it in but because of social distancing they couldn't do it. The guy David in the web page was a great help. I just ordered it on line they let me know when it was ready and curbside pick up. Thank thank you”

“If you’re considering buying a car at Galpin Motors, do yourself a favor and ask for Robert Hampton. Robert was our sales representative, and he was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we found the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer every question, explained the process clearly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Because of Robert, our experience at Galpin Motors was outstanding. His professionalism and attention to detail truly set him apart, and he represents the dealership extremely well. We would absolutely return to Galpin Motors and would not hesitate to work with Robert again. Highly recommended. Also, a shout-out to Steve Omar in Finance, who was equally great—professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with.”

“I'm just here to give my humbled and personal opinion on Diegos auto shop. The entire staff is amazing and they really do try the best to make the entire process as smooth as possible. As if being in an accident isn't enough you have to deal with the insurance. But Diego and his staff take care of everything from car rentals to auto repair. If you want honest and trustworthy people to work on your vehicle make sure to check them out. I recommend the shop 100%.”

“Kevin Thompson solves problems. Let me clarify. I believe all cars should be serviced at your local dealership. The mindset is that it’s usually more expensive and that you don’t feel the customer service but here is when Kevin comes into the equation. He always greets your a great attitude and hands you his card. He will then do his best help you with your needs. He will do what he can within his Capacity to help you solve your problems. I’ve gone to many dealership service departments and never felt the attention that Kevin Thompson provided. He’s very communicative and fair. If there’s is something he can do to help your situation, he will try to go above and beyond. If you meet him with a good and fair attitude… he will do the same. That’s is what is great about galpin but most importantly Kevin Thompson. Thank you good sir!”
