“Went in recently for a Mazda Connect software update for my 2019 CX-5. The update took a little over an hour and I received text message updates on the status with a link to review any additional services needed based on the free diagnostic. Service was excellent from everyone involved as they were welcoming and informative. Although I am not a believer in paying $100 for a proprietary software update that is delivered from a usb stick, the customer service was top notch.”

“Was having an issue with the 4x4 on my Toyota 4Runner (wouldn't disengage from 4WD) and after taking it to the dealership and another mechanic I decided to take it to a 4 wheel specialist. Both previous mechanics were telling me it might be the whole transmission and that it would be thousands to fix. I took my car in for a diagnostic telling them the issue, the price for the diagnostic was very fair. They are very busy so go into it knowing that, got my car back and they were able to fix the issue after taking their time to really look at my car. I appreciate the fact that they didn't give up and tell me the most expensive fix instead they checked the small stuff first and were able to resolve the issue for me. Definitely recommend, good experience and friendly workers/owner.”

“I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could! We are from Salt Lake City Utah and purchases a car from Galpin, Van Nuys in August. The salesman Moe was amazing and really went above and beyond, to help my son feel comfortable purchasing a car site unseen. The process was new to us, but Galpin made the purchase and transport super easy, they had the car transported to SLC 24 hours after signing the contracts...Amazing! They not only made the sale easy, but we had some issues with the car this past month, it was very stressful dealing with the dealer here on the warranty and repairs, but the GM from Galpin was super helpful and willing to help us, his follow through was impeccable . “I have a.2001 Tundra TRD I bought new. Put a Snugtop cabhigh Super Sport top on it in 2002. The shocks on the glass door had gone bad and one of the hinges fell off. I took it to Daco the otherday and they replaced both hinges & shocks for $87.00. Now my Tundra drives & runs.like it did when I drove it off Hamer's lot in late Nov. of 2000.”
