Also got the results within 24 hours, much quicker than any other place. They sent a text and an email with the results. I highly recommend this place. Not sure their other services but I will certainly find out because I plan on using them as much as possible.”

“I'm an the toughest stick. I have no vanes. I have scars from latex burns so my arms are almost impossible . I've been to quest in many places. The tech took time to deal with me and the problems I come with. Latex free , keloid's in both arms , very dehydrated, (Hertie) the technician Got my blood done . ( Hertie ) has gotten my blood draws done and put a smile and happy tears on my face . Remember these techs risk there lives . Exp now since Covid 19 and now Covid is back . Make appointments, ware a mask and say thank you.”
“OK this place is in the sort of not so nice part of Reseda but they are cheaper and not crowded. The small building is jam packed with supplies and stuff which at first can be off putting but the secretary is nice and so is the Dr. At first I felt uncomfortable but the Dr actually drew blood in such a way that I barely felt it. I also didn't bleed down my arm after which is what normally happens. In fact there wasn't even anything on the cotton under the band aid. I am not squeamish at all but being a bleeder is not fun. I was pleasantly surprised. It's not like it was dirty there just clutter. Other than that I would say it's worth the extra savings on draws you need since most labs charge up the @ss for most tests these days for cash patients.”

The facility was clean and my room was large and had a pleasant recliner which I barely used.The up to 10-business day turnaround time for the result seems long to me, however I don’t know the degree of work involved.I used my Apple Watch to also record my test night sleep. Eddy did provide some feedback that indicated that my test-night result generally fit the pattern reported by my watch app.Recommend.”

“I have always had a good experience at this lab. Although I can be a difficult "stick," he always finds a vein and draw blood painlessly. Pretty sure he uses a butterfly needle on me which helps. Also, I never have to wait and he's done pretty quickly. Once he was on vacation but I had a similar experience with the person filling in for him. This lab has always been friendly and very helpful, even when my doctor wasn't.”
