“Moving is a pain in the neck. From renting a U-haul, buying boxes, packing your stuff and getting people to help you out. Ugh!!!This branch helped me a ton. They work with you and give support. Customer service is understatement. They do a routine inspection on the storage units to make sure they are properly maintained and safe, then call the customer if something is off - like if the lock isn't the right one, etc.Returning Uhaul Vans or dolly is no hassle. They have a space inside the storage building allocated for stuff that renters do not need but can be donated. Cool!!”

“This location at 8500 Sepulveda Blvd is really good. The staff get you going efficiently and have excellent customer service skills. The 15ft truck I rented wasn’t the newest but was well maintained and did the local moving job well at a reasonable cost. The truck return was great too, so would definitely recommend!”
