“I get u-hauls all over the place, or rather, I used to but from now on I will only get mine from this location. I came in to pick up a trailer one evening. When we tested my turnsignals they weren't working and the manager ended up spending half an hour or more (until a few mins past closing) trying to help me. I guess he could tell I was in a pinch. We couldn't figure it out (it ended up being the turn signal switch that needed to be replaced) so I had to have a friend come with his truck the next morning to get the trailer instead. The manager not only tried to help me find the issue with my vehicle, he also helped make it easy to keep vehicle on hold, get refunded and just be charged from when we picked up next day and also made it easy to change the driver on the reservation.”

“It has been a very long time since I visited U-Haul. It was a very pleasant experience. I needed to get a van to pick up large and tall Linen Cabinets for a bathroom remodel. The vans have rear cameras with lines that rotate according to the driver’s wheel. The vans have wood ribs along the side to tie down items. Kim helped me out and had me in and out on the road within 10 minutes.U-Haul has after hours delivery and full pre check in with your cell phone.I am very happy with the service and cargo vans from U-Haul.”

“Moving is a pain in the neck. From renting a U-haul, buying boxes, packing your stuff and getting people to help you out. Ugh!!!This branch helped me a ton. They work with you and give support. Customer service is understatement. They do a routine inspection on the storage units to make sure they are properly maintained and safe, then call the customer if something is off - like if the lock isn't the right one, etc.Returning Uhaul Vans or dolly is no hassle. They have a space inside the storage building allocated for stuff that renters do not need but can be donated. Cool!!”

“I found this place a couple of years ago. It is so easy to, fill up your propane gas tank and very economical. The gentleman who runs the place, hooks the hose to your tank and 30 seconds later the tank is filled. Even if you have a tank that is half full can be filled. You pay for the gas put in the tank and not based on number of tanks. That is the way to go.”
