“A wide selection of shoes paired with a friendly and helpful staff makes this a great place to go for a new pair of running shoes! The foot scan is a cool perk as well, although I wish they had a treadmill to use for a quick test run. They do let you run up and down the sidewalk outside, but it’s not quite the same. Their return policy is nice as well, tho note that it’s for exchanges only.”

In less than an hour and with Mounir’s friendly, knowledgeable help, I got my first new running shoes in over 10 years. I needed a wider toe box but not a wide shoe and better cushioning. Searching, comparing, ordering multiple sizes and fits online would have taken me hours and required lots of returns. What a relief to be done with that process so easily and with a new customer discount! Lots of other great running/workout/hiking accessories available too that I’ll likely come back for.”

“I had an amazing experience with Olivia. As someone who has had foot injuries, I am always cautious on what to get with any sport related shoes/boots. She spent a lot of time explaining what should feel right with ski boots and what each feature mean. I am amazed how much expertise she has with ski equipments and also able to communicate those expertise in the right way to fit each customer. Chris who does ski boots orthotics also was able to answer re my questions/concerns and being clear.”

“Needed a new pair of 16oz gloves and the man behind the counter (sorry, I forgot his name) was very nice and knowledgeable about boxing gear. I was surprised at how small the store is once inside, but it is packed to the brim with gloves, helmets, wraps and bags. The cashier convinced me to start with some Outslayer gloves and assured me this was the way to go until I was ready to commit more to the sport. Felt like I learned a lot from just asking questions and trying on a pair of higher end gloves. The glove selection here is better than any other sports store in the area!!! I will definitely be coming back to get all of my boxing gear. Super impressed with this store, good people over there!”

“I went there 6 months ago to upgrade my driver. I tried a lot of different clubs. The associate that helped me was Marianne (sp?). She was awesome. Gave me a few pointers. Big improvement in my game. Today I went again for improvement. Marianne was there and did a fantastic job, with the club and a few pointers-again! “Ever since I've started dancing I have always wanted to have my own pole that I can use. I purchased the x pole stage lite a few months ago and have been absolutely loving it.However, it seems that there has been some major user errors on my end. After having the pole set up for a few days at a friend's house, I was getting ready to take it down. It was then that I had realized that through over tightening, I had stripped the bolts on the cone, the base, and the X joint.After reading some forums we figured out how to free the bolts from the pole setup and we're able to get it disassembled.I called and left a voicemail for Roxanne but, understandably, it took a few days for them to get back to me. I ended up calling a different number and got a hold of Rosie in the technical support department. I explained the situation and was luckily able to bring my pole into the warehouse in North Hollywood as I live not too far from the area.Rosie was able to extract the remaining bolts from my stage pole. Both him and the warehouse worker helped me with replacements and showed me how the mechanism worked. I now understand that I don't need to over tighten in order for the pole to be secure.I cannot thank Rosie and staff enough for their kindness and above and beyond assistance. It literally feels like I've been saved from demise. Rosie understands this device through and through, I can tell he appreciates the product and how it works. I'm so glad I went with x pole. Thank you all so much!!!”

“I’ve been a long time customer of Revgear for both our mma gyms. Before Covid happened and even during Covid. They have outstanding gear for even better pricing. It’s quality, they ship quickly and Mike knows how to take care of his customers. I ran into a small issue and was able to get ahold of them for a complaint. They jumped at the opportunity to make it right and made sure I OVERSTOOD what I meant to them. “This REI is near my school and it never failed to disappoint me. Most interactions I’ve encountered within every corner either suggests something to me, directs me immediately to where I want to or better yet sells me the option I didn’t I wanted. I think having people who work here have experience using their products and enjoys it helps with that customer service experience and they’re always kind enough to go out their help you with no charge sometimes for small labors that can be fixed which shows how intentionally they hire they’re workers. This was the first REI I’ve been to and I never stopped coming back.”

“I came here to pick up an online purchase I made for a gift. I mentioned to the employee how I was shocked that their website said they were out of stock on the item, but within an hour of ordering it for online pickup, it was ready at the location. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and mentioned that the store stock online is very unreliable and to always call the store first. Even though it was clearly not her fault (or the store's for that matter) she was very apologetic for the mistake. It was a wonderful customer service experience. If I need to get another item for my wife, I'll be sure to to come here because of that. And, if by any chance they ever start selling men's exercise clothes I'll absolutely shop here for myself.”
