Absolutely abysmal service from the bald older south Asian man. Not a single word spoken, and a face that looked like he was offended I even walked in. 7/11’s aren’t know for their customer service, but wow, stay away ESPECIALLY from this one

Poor customer service. Went to buy a drink and they were all warm. When I asked the associate for some ice he said it would be an extra 2.49 for ice, I repeated the drinks are all warm. He responded “you take it or not it’s my duty to tell you the price.” Your job is customer service.. won’t be stopping in here... read full comment

Zero Stars - Staff on 4/3/26 at 12:00am charged for extra item and overcharged on 12 pack. Refund requested and staff member refused and then screamed to get out. Do not go here at any cost, scammer owned establishment. Honestly wouldn’t trust the card reader as well.
