“It's a quickie mart and much more. if you needed a tire pump for your bike along with a bag of sunflower seeds, they got you covered. Didn't know I would want a frozen burrito, a shirt and a tube of toothpaste at 10pm, well they got me covered. And the guy running the place is super nice too!”
“The gentleman who all work here are always friendly and very respectful. Couple days ago I asked if they gave cash back (bought a chocolate) so I can get cash back Blanca didn't want to give me a refund back to my card when she knew the reason for the purchase was so I can get cash back. I left my receipt and chocolate there and called my credit card company (no worries fellas amazing customer service skills) still worth enough to give a five star.”

“This location is one of the nicer and better 7 Eleven locations. They have nice employees behind the counter and the place is very welcoming. I live in the area and whenever I go to a 7 Eleven it is this one, even though it is not the closest one.”
“This review comes from the bottom of my heart. I’ve been going here consistently for a year, and refuse to go anywhere else because I’m so loyal to the staff here. Specially Lura (spelling?) and Emi. They have listened to me, comforted me, encouraged me, and loved on me and my fiance every time we come in (and our dog when she begs to come along). The selection is just right too — there’s a little bit of everything (they even have vapes, I think they were Flum which I’m a fan of). If it weren’t for their staff it would still be a good store, but their staff really makes it feel like a home. Whoever hired Lura and Emi, well done.”

Is top tier and the customer service is top tier there’s a man who works here who goes above and beyond for the customers his name is eliver he’s super sweet I’m disabled he helped me with anything I need and the store was super clean and the chicken and biscuits in there are super fresh 10/10 definitely recommend”

“Dino mart sweet dino mart, what a quality gas station convenience store! They have such a wide array of diverse, quality snacks and drinks wowza! I didn't know I could be so enthusiastic about a gas station convenience store, but this one set the bar high. It's clean and has a good vibe. “What do i got to say about this 711 well its close to my house its convenient the workers are not just hindu they are other races but the point is that they understand what you are saying that 711 is always clean and stocked i have never had a problem with any of the products specially beer on them packed fridays or saturdays if anything be alert of the police they are very fond of that 711 no bumbs around good environment and safe so i recommend this 711 to you new guys that just moved in the block thanks”

“Heading on our return trip back to the bay. Needed to find a quick gas stop before starting our trek. This spot is right off the 170. No one was here when we pulled in and the pumps are decently spaced with all of them functioning. Gas prices are pretty standard it seems. Did not use bathrooms or go in the store so cannot attest to that.”
“I visited on the morning of May 28th, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special shout-out to the lady working that morning who took the time to explain their rewards program to us, which helped us receive a discount as well. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out. We need more people like her who go the extra mile to make customers feel valued.

I know it’s odd to give a 7-11 five stars. But this place is always clean. It’s family run. Everyone behind the counter is super friendly.
In 2026 most convenience stores feel like battlegrounds, structured to prevent theft. This place somehow avoids that, the owners showing tremendous pride in their business.”

“This 7-Eleven is conveniently located and easy to stop by for quick purchases. The store was fairly organized during my visit, and service was straightforward and efficient.
The only downside was that they ran out of chili sauce for the hot dog sandwich. I mentioned it to the cashier, but was told they didn’t have any available at the time. It’s a small detail, but it does affect the experience when basic condiments are out of stock.
Overall, it’s a convenient location, and with better availability of popular items, the experience could be even better.”

“This 7-Eleven at 11401 Ventura Blvd was such a pleasant surprise! The store is clean, well-stocked, and everything was easy to find. The cashier was extremely helpful, in a great mood, and took the time to smile and answer my questions about Free Slurpee Day without any attitude.
It was a night-and-day difference compared to the 7-Eleven up the street, where the service was rude and the store felt messy. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on—it’s worth going a little out of the way for friendly service and a better experience!”

“The fountain drink Coke Zero shares the same spout as Lipton Raspberry so it ruins the flavor of Coke Zero. Regular Coke or Diet Coke should only share the same spout as Coke Zero so it's not affected with an off brand flavor. “I like going here for my coffee the staff is not bad the only problem I have is that in order to get the points on the app you have to scan your phone but they don't let you scan your own phone they literally have to take your phone from you and scan it behind their counter. I know covid is over but I still don't feel comfortable with a stranger touching money and different a phones all-day is a good idea. ”
