“Had them install my dash cam in Jan. There was a issue in my car that would shut it down after 50 mph and turn back on when I went under 50 mph (I don't get it either) I went back and they took apart the system and changed the power source and now it runs at 100%. Good people that gave me an amazing price but more importantly wanted to make sure they fixed the issue, Will take my car in again when I need to install something else”

“Owner gave me an extremely fair price on used DJ equipment. Product is cosmetically in poor condition but functions great and serves its true purpose entirely. I would've been fully satisfied if he gave me a higher percentage on the resale of the DJ equipment I sold him in exchange for store credit, but he was honest and respectful.”

“I was in the market for upgrading my speakers. I went to Defintion HiFi and met with James. He had both Legacy Signatures and Foucus setup for me to audition. He took the time to constantly switch back and forth between both speakers. He is extremely knowledgeable with the entire Legacy line after being there for 4 hours I decided Focus SE was for me. I couldn’t be any happier with my decision and purchasing the speakers through Definition HiFi. After the sale communication was outstanding with delivery time frame and arrived very well packaged. I highly recommend shopping at Definition HiFi”

“I have to tell you, this is the first time where I feel like I have had a really positive and personal experience going into a T-Mobile store. Richard and Tona (I believe) we're exceptionally personal and kind. Even as the pandemic and protesting are going on, they both still made me feel special and valued. I had an issue with my phone not getting reception and without any hesitation they tested my phone and decided that it needed to be replaced(through insurance). I came in a few days later when the phone arrived to the store not sure what to expect from a customer service standpoint and I was amazed to see the same great customer service was continued. They made me feel very comfortable and connected to me personally. They got to know me as a person and made the process so easy and quick. Thank you for the great service. This is my store of choice and I encourage others to go in and experience the great customer service I experienced. Good job everyone!”

“This 7-Eleven at 11401 Ventura Blvd was such a pleasant surprise! The store is clean, well-stocked, and everything was easy to find. The cashier was extremely helpful, in a great mood, and took the time to smile and answer my questions about Free Slurpee Day without any attitude.
It was a night-and-day difference compared to the 7-Eleven up the street, where the service was rude and the store felt messy. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on—it’s worth going a little out of the way for friendly service and a better experience!”

“The fountain drink Coke Zero shares the same spout as Lipton Raspberry so it ruins the flavor of Coke Zero. Regular Coke or Diet Coke should only share the same spout as Coke Zero so it's not affected with an off brand flavor. Other than that this location has a clean, friendly, welcoming and organized appearance unlike other 7-11s nearby”
“What do i got to say about this 711 well its close to my house its convenient the workers are not just hindu they are other races but the point is that they understand what you are saying that 711 is always clean and stocked i have never had a problem with any of the products specially beer on them packed fridays or saturdays if anything be alert of the police they are very fond of that 711 no bumbs around good environment and safe so i recommend this 711 to you new guys that just moved in the block thanks”

“This 7-Eleven is conveniently located and easy to stop by for quick purchases. The store was fairly organized during my visit, and service was straightforward and efficient.
The only downside was that they ran out of chili sauce for the hot dog sandwich. I mentioned it to the cashier, but was told they didn’t have any available at the time. It’s a small detail, but it does affect the experience when basic condiments are out of stock.
Overall, it’s a convenient location, and with better availability of popular items, the experience could be even better.”

“It's a good 7-Eleven. There's a lot of parking at the curb entering. The parking lot is a disaster. This is not the first time I have a flat tire. Unfortunate. This time is mine and I'm not happy about that at all. They need to fix the curb as soon as possible I put a complaint 311.”
“24hr easy parking and walk-up access. This 7-Eleven on Magnolia & Cahuenga Blvd(s) is one I frequent, typically for a cold beverage (like their Replenish & Replenish Zero electrolyte hydration beverages - better than Powerade or Gatorade in my opinion), easy snack (Lenny & Larry's vegan cookies) or to use the atm that is good for US Bank, some Credit Unions and several others... and of course if it's your bank, then no service fee! The clerks here are nice and respectful. It's clean from front to back and they're usually stocked up in the essential areas (fridges, front end and snack isles)... Even though it stays busy with foot traffic, especially during big Power Ball draws like this week! I've had zero issues here and have been coming regularly for the last year or so as my local favorite dive bar The Bullet is a few skips away, just behind them.”
“I visited on the morning of May 28th, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special shout-out to the lady working that morning who took the time to explain their rewards program to us, which helped us receive a discount as well. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out. We need more people like her who go the extra mile to make customers feel valued.
