“I toured the 3 bedroom plus den yesterday and was absolutely pleased. It had views of the mountains, great ventilation and a lot of sun. The layout was great and the apartment was updated and pristine. It was more than adequate in size. A lot of apartment for the price and the high vaulted ceilings made it feel even bigger. The grounds are lush, and the work out rooms are state of the art. Alissa Delgado was my leasing agent. What an attraction she is to Waterstone Media Center. She is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would rate her a 10 out of 10!!! Waiting anxiously to see if I have been approved. I would be over the moon to call Waterstone my home.”

“I moved into these apartments in November 2015. At the time the LL was Elizabeth, who was an absolute horror story to rent with. She would berate residents, berate the UPS and Fed Ex drivers that were there to deliver packages, would often ignore service requests, and finally let her boyfriend help manage the building although he was not an employee of Beverly Hills Properties. However, about a year before I moved we got a new LL, Nary. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I was so sad when I moved out (I was relocated to a new city for work). The apartments and residents are fantastic, and Nary is the absolute best!”

“The location was great. The room was a nice size for two people. I paid before i arrived. then when i arrived they still asked for a $400 deposit and it will be returned at checkout. Self parking was $49.00 a night plus $4.90 tax.(tax on each night) The signed agreement stated that it was $25 a night. The person said that it needed to be updated (not the custom fault) that’s what i agreed to pay. The room smelled like a dog stayed the night before and no one did a deep cleaning before the next quest. After checkout it was only $180 return to my card. So i paid 220 to park each night. The location was cool.”

We worked with Ryan Gomez and Ian Bounds through the planning process, and throughout the event day.I cannot speak enough kinds words on the experience we had in this space and with this company. They were incredibly accommodating whether it was rental delivery and pick up times, providing ice to our bar (as a planner, this is a rare one), helping us and our vendors navigate the building and aided in our set up / clean up process with efficiency / professionalism / and always helpful to find a working solution.The space also includes a lot - lighting, kitchen, storage, trash cans, ice, security, lounge furniture, seating, parking, etc.There aren't many things to bring in, all based on preference to your event - but blown away by the quality of the space, the staff and the amount we were able to utilize which helped my clients budget quite a bit.The team provided nothing but a happy / helpful hand throughout the process, making such a seamless process, start to finish. They were truly so easy to work with, present on the day of, and communicative even past the event / on the follow up needed. Highly recommend hosting your events here!”

When I moved in we had onsite leasing agents and we no longer have this service so simple inquiries can take nearly a week for someone to respond to. 5 stars is for Dao as she was very helpful.”

Not to mention occasional events and freebies.My only complaints are noise and sometimes property managers being unreachable (they seldomly were onsite and on holidays things can happen - the past July 4th caused a delivery paralysis at the building.)But overall I enjoyed my stay and do recommend this apartment complex.”
