“Very friendly and helpful staff. I came in with a non standard regulator valve that I needed an adaptor for. They spent a good amount of time trying to find an adaptor for it, without success unfortunately, and actually broke the regulator in the process. It was entirely accidental, and done with my consent knowing the risk, but they felt bad and have me a discount on a replacement regulator with more standard fittings.”

“With my house, I am kind of a electrical fixer upper, especially with low voltage lighting. I use it in more ways that just landscape. I walked into Southland Electrical at closing time, and normally a different place would have shut their doors on the nose at 4pm. But the guys were happy to help with a very small order and were pleased to help me. Although this company is more in the business of supplying contractors, and if you have some chops at simple electrical, they're there and ready for you. Great service and they obviously know their stuff !”
“I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”
