“They have everything you need for custom projects, race cars, airplanes, boats. You don't know what you need until you walk the store. Also to note the owners, are most genuine kind hearted people, they run the store themselves.”

“Always find great hardware products at a great price. Unfortunately, they were really busy and the POS system was very slow due to internet issues. I think the associates did great assisting all the customers under the circumstances.”

“They had what I needed. But the associate on the floor who helped me was a miserable person. But I will say the cashier who rang me up was the exact opposite. She was great.”

“Tool Time in Burbank is hands down one of the best tool stores I’ve visited. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer questions thoroughly and made sure I found exactly what I needed without any pressure. What really stood out was the owner’s proactive approach and clear passion for the business. You can tell he truly cares about his store, his customers, and the quality of service being provided. It’s rare to find that level of dedication these days. I also picked up a Tajima box cutter at a great price, and I absolutely love it. You can tell they stock quality products and stand behind what they sell. If you’re looking for expert advice, quality tools, fair prices, and outstanding customer service, Tool Time is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended”

“One of my favorite places to go for unique handmade jewelry and gifts! The jewelry is made there and lengths of necklaces and bracelets can be adjusted to fit! I find lots of unique gifts and cards too, perfect when shopping for my friends who love something different! The gals are super friendly, helpful, and welcoming each and every time!”

“Great place to shop and the staff, are awesome and they work with you to help find the products you are looking for. They don't give you attitude like most places.”

“I'm a new welder and wanted to get a bottle to weld with (I've been welding with flux core wire) and these guys took the time to explain which gases I should use for the type of welding I wanted to do. They got me set up with a bottle with argon and carbon dioxide. They even fixed a regulator I had for free. Why go anywhere else? I tried Airgas before coming to Gordys and Airgas has no time for little guys. They are only interested in big accounts.”

“I embarked on an entire home remodel that encompassed both the interior and exterior. I had never done a project like this before and knew virtually nothing about paint colors. My general contractor suggested that I meet with a Dunn-Edwards Paints’ specialist. I was fortunate to meet with Rona. Rona obtained information about the style of my house and color preferences. In regard to the exterior, Rona suggested accenting the shutters by painting them a shade darker than the trim. She made a sketch of the front of my house and how the colors would look. The paint color samples she provided were great. Once narrowed down to the final choices, they were incorporated into this project. I could not be happier with the end result. Rona’s expertise and guidance were exceptional!”

“I had a great experience here purchasing a couple of seismic earthquake shut off valves. I believe I worked with Greg over the phone he was able to place a phone order for me and have the valves ready for when I came into the shop to pick them up. He quoted me a very fair price and when I went in the valves are ready exactly what I needed they also had the bracing brackets in stock which was a bonus. If you're in need of plumbing parts I'll give them a call and see if they have what you need in stock as they're likely competitively priced and have a vast inventory.”

“Roman deserves a huge shoutout! ⭐ I’ve had the pleasure of getting his help at Home Depot, and honestly, he went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. He didn’t just point me toward an aisle and walk away—he took the time to listen, explain everything, and help me find the right solutions. People like Rommen are what make a great store experience truly stand out. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference for me. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Rommen, for all your help and for treating me like a valued customer. You absolutely deserve recognition for the outstanding service you provide! 👏👏👏”

“It's hit or miss sometimes with the Home Depot, but I am so impressed with the service I got from a gentleman named Tim in plumbing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my concerns. I love this Home Depot! Thanks”
