“The cashier at the time was very busy but still found some time to talk us through the products and when a line started to form he very kindly asked us if we can wait for another associate to help . Then Gabby was engaging and very informative . She advocated for our dwarf hamster for the need for more space , we are grateful as we didn’t know he was irritated because his cage was small . She listened intently and was engaging with my two kids age 9 and 13 who had a lot of comments about their pet . It was a great shopping experience . This was the N. Hollywood location that had supplies for small animals .”
“I discovered this shop 11 years ago and I'm so glad I did! I have 3 birds purchased from them in the last 11 years - a lovebird that just turned 11, another lovebird that is 3, and my first cockatiel that my husband got me this past Christmas. The lovebirds are adorable, healthy and a joy to have. The cockatiel is about 8 months old and absolutely wonderful. Somewhere he picked up a mocking bird song and I love it!
The staff are always wonderful and helpful and they've got a huge selection of toys, food and cages. It's my go to bird store and I'll be going there for many years to come!”
