“A phenomenal service from start to finish. We had packed up all our belongings before the movers came. They carefully wrapped furniture, bicycles, golf clubs and anything else that was not already boxed. Their crew efficiently got everything packed into the truck within 3-4 hours. The guys were polite and very friendly.Their paperwork was very thorough and Alpha Marine had taken care of all port fees and for delivery to our new home in Scotland. Their agents in Scotland were equally efficient, keeping us updated with regards to the container's arrival in Scotland. Customs clearance was completed within 48 hours and all our belongings were duly delivered by a crew equally as polite and friendly as the crew in California.Every single item that was picked up in California was safely delivered and not one single item was broken.All in all a fantastic experience. “The place is great, lots of friendly people,I've had mailboxes on Lankershim before with bad results, Letter Locker has got the tire shop next door holding their mails since they don't open until 11am. This place has a person there at all times. If you are ordering items from China, buyer beware, these items are being shipped by their couriers like Uniuni. They use. USPS tracking numbers that are false and misleading.Their couriers follow their own tracking numbers and knows all the items inside the package.They pick and choose, especially when it clears customs.Good luck to you, most valued packages they seize, even though an email has been generated,it never gets there.These couriers are not making enough money.So, they seize and probably resell.I had one courier dropped a package outside the mailroom, when it was closed, took a picture and send it back to the merchant.It is declared lost in most cases and a refund is issued.The courier more than likely picked it up for himself. This is bad because the blame drops on the mailroom attendant and the postman.”

I wish more post offices around the country had employees like Nelson. We need to have a way to tip people thru an app who go above & beyond the call of duty.”

“There are a lot of negative reviews about this Post Office but it seems that its mostly based on things that the workers here can't have any control over. From my experience the staff here have been very sweet and professional despite being severely understaffed. Theres usually only one person available for shipping and packaging which does cause long wait times, but thats not the fault of the workers. I understand wait times are long but to have this post office here has been a great convenience for me. I suggest many others that need quick service when there is a long line here to go to the one close to the Arts District. If you need to just pick up mail, there is usually another person available that can get it for you. Just remember to bring Photo ID.”
