Rosie is super professional! We came two times, first with 1 year old, second with special needs kid. Rosie did amazing! She is taking blood very precise without any complications.

No respect at all, We waited according to the arrival list, and other people who arrived later came in. Only one person in the lab. They were very rushed and didn't give us confidence that they knew what they were doing. We only wasted our time.
