Very rude and aggressive to elderly and non-English/Spanish-speaking patients. These front desk people are so so so mean. It honestly broke my heart to watch them treat these people like this. First and last visit to this place. The staff aren’t the most welcoming or helpful. The waiting from is okay. But once you make your way to get blood drawn. This area is messy and dirty. The bathroom and where you’re asked to leave a urine sample is DISGUSTING. Go somewhere else!
