“Great customer service from Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Northridge, Fashion Ctr, 9051 Tampa Ave, Northridge, CA 91324. This was my first time to give a good review for this branch, which I should have done when I opened accounts with Grace in 2020 and then opened a CD with Rosa last year. This morning I went to the bank after 10:30 am which was one hour early (had an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am) who was with a customer. Ana, a banker/teller asked me if I need help. I told her that I have an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am however I have to go to the auto mechanic and I can't make it at 11:30am since it may take more than 1 hour for the car maintenance. Ana helped me renew the CD in few minutes which gave me enough time to go to the mechanic and I didn't have to come back to meet my appointment with Rosa. Again, thanks so much to Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Tampa Avenue.”

“Customer service here is actually top notch. Valeria really went out of her way to get me a safety deposit box when I needed it. She's always welcoming and always makes me feel like I'm an important customer and not just another foolish person with an account who doesn't want to use the ATM. I don't get that same feeling at other banks. It's definitely appreciated and makes me feel safe about where my money is.”

“I love this branch. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. I've been going here years and never has a US Bank employee at this branch been in a bad mood. Always upbeat and friendly. They inform me if there are any promotions. I got $500 for opening up a credit card. Marina runs a tight ship and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Vidi, Mynor, Gustavo, Fatima all are great.”
“Came in here a few times , needing help on a few accounts, both older and new. i needed things from specific times and dates. Eric was able to help me out greatly, he got everything organized and printed for me. It was lots of papers, took the stress of finding it myself, away. Thank you”
