This was my first time to give a good review for this branch, which I should have done when I opened accounts with Grace in 2020 and then opened a CD with Rosa last year. This morning I went to the bank after 10:30 am which was one hour early (had an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am) who was with a customer. Ana, a banker/teller asked me if I need help. I told her that I have an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am however I have to go to the auto mechanic and I can't make it at 11:30am since it may take more than 1 hour for the car maintenance. Ana helped me renew the CD in few minutes which gave me enough time to go to the mechanic and I didn't have to come back to meet my appointment with Rosa. Again, thanks so much to Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Tampa Avenue.”

“Mostly I use the ATM but there are times that calls for a bank teller. Like today, I have to go inside because my withdrawal have a limit and I needed more. Upon entering, I saw a line. There were just two bank tellers. Customers are getting impatient already. So they added 1 more. And so the line went quickly. Limited parking but if you don't mind the walk - park across.”
