“Global ElectronicsMy home theater set up had a blown speaker in the ceiling. I reached out to Global Electronics and Alex responded immediately to arrange a visit/consultation to assess my situation.Alex arrived on time and was very professional. He left my home with the promise that he would do some research to find the right replacement speakers for my system. I told him that my goal was to have my home theater working optimally by Thanksgiving.The problem was that my current speakers were about 13 years old, and most of the newer speakers on the market now are smaller in dimension. Alex explained that the key to the project was to find speakers with the same (or similar) physical dimensions as my current speakers so that the job wouldn’t turn into a major construction patch job after installation. Alex wanted to find the perfect speakers that would fit nicely into the spaces vacated by the ones being replaced.As Alex performed his due diligence, he provided me with daily updates until a few days later when he notified me that he had found a pair of speakers that matched the specifications and dimensions we needed.Once I confirmed my desire to move forward with the project, Alex ordered the speakers and scheduled one of his technicians to perform the installation.The installation went extremely well, and the entire process was a total success as Global Electronics easily completed their work well in advance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.On Thanksgiving Day, my Family and I enjoyed watching films together in wonderful surround sound.I’m extremely happy with my experience and my system sounds fantastic!Thank you to Alex and everyone at Global Electronics for taking care of my home theater needs with top notch communication, and attention to detail.I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.”

“I stopped by this 7 Eleven this morning after dropping off my car at a Auto Shop across the street while waiting for my ride. The first thing I will say is that this store is in a small plaza so it might be difficult to find parking in the afternoon. When I walked in, there were a couple of people in line. I saw that someone was stocking merchandise so I went around to look at their chips option. I got the Funyuns flaming hot and the new coca cola spiced. When I went to pay, there was no one in line so I was able to just walk up and have a small chat with the lady working the cashier. She was very friendly and we talked about the weather. Overall I didn't have any problems here and had a good experience.”

“I love target who's doesn't! Yes the lines can get long but everyone is usually friendly. I like that I can pick up some groceries and stuff I don't need at the same time. Wish they sold alcohol like the other targets. Only downside is they make my $10 target then into $100. Love drive up”

“This is my go-to or "home" 7-11 despite being almost exactly in the middle of this store (0.8 miles from home) and the Balboa/Chatsworth 7-11 (0.9 miles from home). I can sincerely say that over the last few years the customer service has gone from "just fine, nothing bad nothing great" to a positive experience for me. The staff is courteous and prompt - considering how busy they can get I appreciate the cashiers moving things along as quickly as they can - while being courteous and smiling. I've seen one hire who I'd describe as abrasive come to work for this store and I can understand a bad day, but I went out of my way to try to be nice and engage with her; sadly she just seemed like she didn't want to be there or I was bothering her. I'm not one to complain because I don't want to cost someone their job, but I was relieved when I no longer saw her working there. I appreciate management being on the ball when it comes to their employees and taking the time to understand the customer experience.The only issue I have which isn't even an issue for me personally is that their iced coffee station is often out, and while I prefer my Slurpees, the boyfriend will drag me to the Balboa 7-11 in order to get his Iced Mocha fix. I tried making it at home, but no - it has to be 7-11 iced mochas. So if the coffee was topped off at this location we'd have no reason to go to the Balboa location. That's a win win!On a slightly more serious note, I know we're relaxing Covid 19 restrictions around Los Angeles and I know many of us are excited to get back to normal. I just wanted to commend this specific location in their strict observation of the laws and medical guidelines laid out for all of us. My mom unfortunately passed from Covid months before any vaccines were available so she didn't get a choice. However after vaccinations became available I noticed many businesses became lax with all rules but especially Masks. I always felt this location keep up with the strict rules, disallowing customers in without face coverings and keeping things disinfected. Thank you to the employees and management here - while the rules and laws were strict, I appreciated that this location didn't drop the ball, I felt as protected as I could be while out during the pandemic when at this location. So give your staff a raise and a round of applause. They deserve it :)-Vikki”

“This is my favorite 7-Eleven in the valley. I recently moved here, and so far, the experience has been excellent. Last night, I came for fresh coffee at 2:30 am, and the clerk made it for me. The store was one of the cleanest during the night. I hope they keep up the performance. Thumbs up.”

This took him about 2 'minutes and there was unfortunately an extremely rude and inappropriate man giving him a hard time for helping me. The 711 cashier remained calm and respectful which had to b extremely hard to do in that type of situation. I will make sure to go out of my way to go to this 711 just for the customer service and human decency this man displayed”

“Since the Corbin and Nordoff store closed down a couple years ago. I usually send my friends and family here to this store. I usually ask for Yoshi or Edwin if they are available. I know they will be taking care of when I send them here. Parking isn't too bad, i do like they finally remodeled this place. I remember sprint use to be at this location but apparently sprint got bought out. This place looks WAY cleaner than before and more well lit.I would recommend try booking appointments first around the evening time or weekends. It can get crazy and the waits can be really long. There is a porto's across the street they have just built just in case your wait is longer than usual. Im not in the area, but when I am and if have any questions, ill stop by here.”
