“I visited this T-Mobile store with my son, who has mental health challenges. Due to a very long wait for a warranty exchange, my son became highly anxious, loud, and irritated. A wonderful employee named Adriana (short hair and glasses) completely turned our night around. Even before we were helped, she consistently checked on everyone in line to give wait-time updates. When it was our turn, my son was visibly upset, but Adriana handled the situation with an incredible level of calm, kindness, and patience. She managed to de-escalate his anxiety in a way I have only ever seen his therapist do. Calming down customers is not in her job description, but she treated us with pure respect and empathy when most other places would have been rude back. Even my son thanked her. Adriana is an amazing, sweet person, and I highly recommend this location because of her. Thank you, Adriana!”

“This Target is useful when you need to grab a bunch of different things without making separate stops. It works for groceries, household stuff, clothes, toiletries, electronics, snacks, and last-minute items. Like most Target locations, it can be busy and some sections can get picked over depending on the day, but it’s still convenient. Good location when you’re already near the mall area and need an easy errand stop.”

“I stopped by this store to get some snacks because I was in the area. Since I came in the early morning, I found parking easily in the small plaza this store is in. This store isn't as big as others but it works for them.
The man working was very polite and helpful when I was looking for a particular chip brand. The slurpee and drinks machine is toward the end of the store. It was a quick and easy process for me.”

“We went in for a phone issue. The staff who assisted us were excellent. Obie (my apologies for misspell) was excellent, knowledgeable, and patient. It was a complicated problem, as such, the technical team came together trying to resolve the issue. The store manager took the time to assist too. The team finally discovered what was the issue, however, it is an apple software updated issue, so the problem was escalated. The Obie and store manager were very empathetic. Hoping our issue will be resolved soon.”

“I stopped by this 7 Eleven this morning after dropping off my car at a Auto Shop across the street while waiting for my ride. The first thing I will say is that this store is in a small plaza so it might be difficult to find parking in the afternoon. When I walked in, there were a couple of people in line. I saw that someone was stocking merchandise so I went around to look at their chips option. I got the Funyuns flaming hot and the new coca cola spiced. When I went to pay, there was no one in line so I was able to just walk up and have a small chat with the lady working the cashier. She was very friendly and we talked about the weather. Overall I didn't have any problems here and had a good experience.”
“I am a long term customer and corporate trainer. Erin, Handled a previous employees mistake like a pro. They were in control, managed expectation, and was professional. I'd like to see this person recognized and be a part of future training. Way to keep a cool head during the holiday rush. This is how customer service should be store wide.”

“I stopped by this 7 Eleven today to take advantage of July 11 slurpee deal. This 7 Eleven is next to Shell gas station so you can't miss it. They don't have a lot of parking spots here so you might have to park at the gas pump station for shell. I was lucky to find a spot near the entrance. When I walked in, the workers greeted me and already knew I was there for the slurpee. They had the small cups in the front and I went with the coke flavor. They also had a deal on some chocolate so I got some m&m. The employees were really nice to me and I had a great experience here today.”

“I stopped by this 7 Eleven to get a lotto ticket before tonight dropping. I was across the street at the Target plaza because there a Taco Stand outside where I was picking up my dinner. When I came tonight, there was no other customer here. There was 1 homeless person nearby but they didn't bother me. When I walked in, it was pretty quiet and the cashier was organizing the store so I just waited for him to finish his task. He apologized for the wait and I told him it was fine since I wasn't in any rush. I got my lotto ticket and left. The cement here isn't the best and there are some pothole so just be alert.”

“Oh my gosh, I’m not even joking. This has got to be the first 7/11 I’ve been too that had great service. I’ve 7/11 or a convenient store for that matter a review But I was pleasantly shocked. I came into the store and was immediately greeted by a man behind the counter, I grabbed a few things and when I came up, he immediately greeted me again asked me how I was doing. He wasn’t on his phone. He was fully engaged in the transaction. He even tried to upsell me on a candy bar. I say that because if you’re in the industry, you know how important that is for stores. I was leaving he thanked me for coming in. For me, customer service is the most important thing when it comes to spending my money. Like I don’t care if you have the nicest, best quality of stuff if you’re rude if you’re not engaged if you’re not making me feel like I want to spend my money there then I’m not gonna be returning. I just wanna say thank you to the 7-Eleven and the man who who’s working behind the counter. Very much appreciated!!”
