The person working the register, Eric, yelled at my 67 year old mother and made her cry. He is extremely unprofessional and showed her 0 kindness as she struggled to ask about some medicine due to a procedure she had earlier in the day. There was no apology even. We will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.

The food line needs a more clear line direction. We see four yellow line division but kitchen staff says there's only one line. Make it into a zigzag like before so we won't be confused. Please

Alfredo at the Optical Department at Costco on Tampa Avenue is a keeper. Took his time to address our concerns regarding the purchase of eyewear. Very patient and knowledgeable. BTW, we saved a lot of money buying at Costco.
