“This Ross has good options. I don’t usually find several things in one trip at Ross but today I did. The store was busy (I mean PACKED) but clean and surprisingly pretty organized.
What made our trip special though, was Rhia and Bertha’s customer service, friendly demeanor and dedication to their job. Their friendly and professional attitude is what inspired this 5 star review.

“I believe his name was M Ari at the store in chatsworth. I brought in vintage Murano lamps and he was extremely knowledgeable on the product and gave excellent recommendations for shades. I was incredibly impressed by what he recommended and he was very helpful with my purchases. I even had to return one that I bought without his help and that was an easy processed and he made an even better suggestion. I highly recommend him.”

Rather emailed the information and gave us time to think about it. Which felt good since I didn't have to make a decision at that time. So we went back and purchased the couch with Nick once we made a decision.”

“I ordered online and assumed the beautiful crystals came with the hangers. I was wrong, but when I called the store , the gentleman I spoke with offered to send them to at no charge. Including the shipping.
He then noticed that I had ordered the wrong size crystals and offered to send me the correct size , again at no charge! I didn’t let him do that, after his previous no charge order.
Extraordinary customer service, and the crystals far exceeded my expectations!!!”

“I stumbled upon rebound consignment furniture store recently as I was looking for a certain table: the Cleeves coffee table by lulu & Georgia and on the lulu website this table was selling for 1500 and shipping date was given as march!! When I spoke to Jeanie she was so kind and worked with me on every step. I live in Illinois so she arranged for a freight service pickup at the best price and my package was so perfectly packed it came just as I expected!! I would recommend those who are in other parts of the US to use this company and check out their site! I am beyond happy with my purchase!!”

“Red carpet service from Dan at the showroom was the best. My Morrison Power Recliner w/Headrest and Lumbar arrived today and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This is a chair that I can grow old in. LOL :) The quality is exquisite, the comfort beyond description. My delivery guys, Sergio and Rodolfo were pleasant and professional. I received courteous text messages the morning of to let me know the status of the delivery window. This was very helpful for me. They delivered my recliner with care and assembles it in record time, showing me how it operates and making sure everything was functional before they left.

“We had a great experience with Benita at Sleep Number at Topanga. We had already done a lot of research online but being in the store, being able to feel and try the different mattresses, and having Benita describe the products was beyond helpful. We ended up getting more than planned due to the Black Friday deals (discounts and financing) but those decisions were made because we were physically able to touch and feel product. I don’t think that would’ve happened if we did this purely online.
We don’t have the bed yet so this review is only about the service at the store and not the bed itself. That will come later.”

“Stopped by Sofa Design Gallery while I was in LA for the day from Newport- Bijan was the most helpful regarding my very specific desires for a new curved sofa.
I am very very picky when it comes to picking furniture and it seems that this is the perfect showroom for that- I was able to select a beautiful curved sofa off the floor and changed the dimensions and fabric color/type to my exact liking. I got the sofa delivered after just 4 weeks of placing my order and could not be more happy with my experience!

“Ana was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly patient and took the time to help my dad try out different chairs and find one that was comfortable for him. We even went back to the original chair we had looked at, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured.
She was especially understanding because she has also experienced issues with sciatic nerve pain, so she really understood what my dad needed and was able to offer helpful, personal insight. She even has the same chair we ended up purchasing, which gave us a lot of confidence in our decision.
