“I just had my engagement ring resized in this place. This ring has a sentimental value, so I was hesitant trusting any jewelers. I tried looking for the best place where to go but unfortunately, most of the places I called/found were very pricey. Until I finally found this jewelry place across the Northridge Mall. I am happy to tell you that Mark, the owner, did a great job. I am very impressed with their professionalism and expertise in jewelry readjustment. In addition, they offer reasonable price for the service too. I highly recommend this place!”

“I stopped by this Claire's store inside Northridge mall today with my wife to look for things we can get for our daughter. We got our daughter ear pierced at the Burbank location so we were just looking at some earrings here and also other stuff as well.
One of the worker approach us and was very helpful explaining things to us. She showed us different earrings, bracelet and jewelry. She also showed us a bow for her hair and different hair clips. My wife saw some Minnie mouse ears and the price was very reasonable so I purchased it.”

“Eddie is the most trustworthy and honest watch repair guy I have ever done business with. I routinely got cheated by these “slick” places in the mall. Putting batteries in that failed in two months! They will often use old batteries and charge an exorbitant fee. Not Eddie! His prices are very fair and his work is guaranteed. He has a modest little shop in a modest little strip center, but he is very smart about his trade and will tell you the truth about whether it’s worth fixing the watch or clock you brought in. He also has nice replacement bands.”

Sure go ahead and purchase your 8.75$ battery at Rite aid and replace it yourself, then go get that watch repaired because you messed it up! Or go buy a glass for your watch and replace it lol
People forget the labor behind a job being repaired or the specific tools you need to change a battery or fix a broken watch glass!
