“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”

“We visited the store today and one of the items was worn by the mannequin. Due to the pandemic, there was only one service provider (who acted as the cashier and sales assistant) for that day. My daughter and I appreciate the good customer service provided by Christine. She said she just got assigned in Northridge for the day but she is from the Lakewood branch. She provided good customer service by removing the item from the mannequin despite of the fact that she is the only person serving all the customers.”

“I love this place for shorts! I mean, I love all their clothes, I've found quite a few different pieces I like, but I keep coming back for the shorts. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and thighs, and have a hard time finding shorts that fit just right to flatter that, until I started shopping here! In fact, I still have a pair that are my favorite from here that I have owned for 10+ years now, so I guess another great thing is how long they last! And the prices are so reasonable too”

“I love guess. I didn’t like that they took my stuff out of the dressing room while I was still trying clothes at the store. They need to give the customer a nice customer service. At the other guess stores their service is much better. They took my purse, shoes and pants out of the dressing room I have no idea why.Sisnay and lizzet made me change my review from 3 stars to 4 stars very patient and nice. “My wife and I stopped by here because she wanted to get some sweat pants. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We didn't because my wife knew where the sweat pants were at. She found the ones she like and then went to go try it on in the dressing room. During that time, I was browsing in the men's area and looked at their styles I usually don't shop at Hollister so I didn't see anything I like. My wife liked the sweat pants so she decided to purchase them. The girl working the cashier was very nice to us during the transaction. The store is nicely organized and the customer service is great here.”

“I always find what I’m looking for at Kohls. The store is well laid out, there’s a very nice variety of plus sizes and the employees are very helpful. My cashier yesterday was Betty. “It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next.I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience. Thank you. ^_^”

“Went here to get ProClub Sweats. Relatively "affordable" for these specific pants and brand. they have a REALLY big selection of proclub stuff and also dickies stuff. The employees are good; they leave you to shop. About 3 dressing rooms and honestly overall, good shopping experience. Would come again :) Only con is that returns are only for store credit, but since theres changing rooms, it's most likely not going to be an issue.”

“It's been years since I came to tillys but my son needed an outfit for a party the next day so we came here. The girls there were great they helped us find a complete outfit for my son. Gave us suggestions which I don't think I needed because I told my son I have great style. But I don't remember how expensive clothes is came out spending over $300 but I guess it was worth it.”

“You cannot go wrong shopping at Macy. They have a women section and a men's section at the other side of the mall. Stock pickup can vary on what item you buy so I went to both store to pickup a online order. The customer service line at the woman Macy can be busy but good thing they have a separate line for online pickup. The women macy store is 3 floors and there toys r us on the 3rd floor. The employees are throughout the store and can vary on their helpfulness depending who's helping you. I never had an issue when coming to either Macy store inside Northridge mall.”

“Esmeralda and Daisy were awesome! I went in last week looking to find a dress for a wedding. I found a few that I liked but wanted to get input after trying them on. Both Esmeralda and Daisy were very nice, helpful and friendly. Esmeralda even went out of her way to locate one of the dresses I liked in a different size at another location and had it placed on hold for me. Now that I found the perfect dress I will be going back again to find some accessories to match and hopefully these two ladies will be there to help me. This is what makes a customer want to go back. “It's an H&M. If you know it one place, feels like you know it everywhere. Always tons of clothes I want to buy, and they always have some really great clearance items if you spend the time to look. Clean store, didn't seem disorganised in any way. I was happy that no staff pestered me about help as well. 10/10 experience.”

“I went in to look for some specific clothes for a work event and found exactly what I was looking for. They had a great promo for signing up for a credit card and getting a huge savings. While the process took a long time to apply (not the stores fault) Elaina was amazing working through the process. Working in retail I know how frustrating these processes can be, and she worked through it amazingly. I'll definitely be back to this store because of her.”
