“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”

“My wife wanted to stop by this store inside Northridge Fashion Center mall tonight to look at their clothing. We came like an hour before the store close so they weren't busy at all for a Monday night. They had some nice selections of jeans and some tshirts. They also have sunglasses and jewlery near the cashier area. I saw they also carry men cologne and the price are pretty cheap but I didn't really like the smell. There was 1 worker we saw in the store but she was busy folding the clothes so we didn't bother her.”

They also have a great fragrance and cosmetic section. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me there, because she was patient and informed. The store was well stocked and busy, which in this economy is a good thing.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Hollister in Northridge Mall yesterday. I don’t shop very often and usually have others help pick my clothes, so I came in feeling completely lost. Alexis was incredible, kind, intuitive, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and somehow found exactly what I needed even when I wasn’t sure how to ask. Because of the customer service she provided, I will be a loyal customer to this specific store. I’m also a former model for the company (A&F) and have a special associates card. The team tried to apply it (it may be A&F-specific), which I truly appreciated. Great prices, amazing customer service, and a team that truly cares. Highly recommend this location,and a huge shoutout to Alexis!”

“This is honestly my favorite Charlotte Russe store. The manager was super nice and you can tell the whole team is just really on it. I needed extra help due my mobility issues, and everyone was friendly and helpful without being over the top. The clothes cute, especially the outfits on the walls. They looked so good and gave me some outfit ideas. Just a great vibe all around.”

Jenny, Debra, and Deavon provided outstanding customer service and truly deserve special recognition for making the shopping experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. “This is the go to place for eyebrow threading, henna and hair color (for me for now on!)The ladies are great n very friendly! I got my eyebrows done, henna on my hand n decided to give my hair coloring (roots grays) done with Henna for the 1st time! Every time I go to salon it last about a day because I start noticing my grays coming out. Well it's been 3 days since I got it done n it looks great no signs of my grays coming out yet! Yay, and for half the price! Can't beat that. Very happy with services and professional work they did for me. I was a return customer. This was my second visit.”

“I love this place for shorts! I mean, I love all their clothes, I've found quite a few different pieces I like, but I keep coming back for the shorts. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and thighs, and have a hard time finding shorts that fit just right to flatter that, until I started shopping here! In fact, I still have a pair that are my favorite from here that I have owned for 10+ years now, so I guess another great thing is how long they last! And the prices are so reasonable too”
