“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”
“I had a great experience shopping at this store, especially with a Sales Associate named Lana who helped me in the women's department. She was helpful and friendly. They also have a great fragrance and cosmetic section. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me there, because she was patient and informed. The store was well stocked and busy, which in this economy is a good thing.”
“My go to place for all my Indian wear. Price is very affordable. This boutique always has the latest styles and matching accessories. Quality and style is great. I definitely would recommend this place because I get alot of compliments whenever I wear the fits from there. I always had a wonderful experience with Sabana. “Great selection of unique clothing here at Express! Jenny, Debra, and Deavon provided outstanding customer service and truly deserve special recognition for making the shopping experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. They were also very flexible & accommodating with the return policy since I wasn’t fully sure about the sizing of my purchase.
The store itself was spacious, clean, & had a relaxing ambiance that made shopping even better. Thank you again for the excellent service. God bless!”

“I felt out of place in there. The clothes on sale were strange and very expensive. Some always tried to spray perfume on me walking in and out. I am sensitive. A lot of bells and whistles but not much substance. How do these stores make money? Very flashy, loud music.”
“I love this place for shorts! I mean, I love all their clothes, I've found quite a few different pieces I like, but I keep coming back for the shorts. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and thighs, and have a hard time finding shorts that fit just right to flatter that, until I started shopping here! In fact, I still have a pair that are my favorite from here that I have owned for 10+ years now, so I guess another great thing is how long they last! And the prices are so reasonable too”

“My wife wanted to stop by this store inside Northridge Fashion Center mall tonight to look at their clothing. We came like an hour before the store close so they weren't busy at all for a Monday night. They had some nice selections of jeans and some tshirts. They also have sunglasses and jewlery near the cashier area. I saw they also carry men cologne and the price are pretty cheap but I didn't really like the smell. There was 1 worker we saw in the store but she was busy folding the clothes so we didn't bother her.”
“This Ross has good options. I don’t usually find several things in one trip at Ross but today I did. The store was busy (I mean PACKED) but clean and surprisingly pretty organized.
What made our trip special though, was Rhia and Bertha’s customer service, friendly demeanor and dedication to their job. Their friendly and professional attitude is what inspired this 5 star review.

“Went in looking for a dress to wear for a wedding and was found with lots of dresses! Most were a little too fancy for my liking lol Tried on one dress but didn't end up liking it. The fitting rooms were filled with clothes from people leaving in there and one of the doors wouldn't lock”

“I had an amazing experience at the Hollister in Northridge Mall yesterday. I don’t shop very often and usually have others help pick my clothes, so I came in feeling completely lost.
Alexis was incredible, kind, intuitive, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and somehow found exactly what I needed even when I wasn’t sure how to ask. Because of the customer service she provided, I will be a loyal customer to this specific store.
I’m also a former model for the company (A&F) and have a special associates card. The team tried to apply it (it may be A&F-specific), which I truly appreciated. Great prices, amazing customer service, and a team that truly cares.

“Esmeralda and Daisy were awesome! I went in last week looking to find a dress for a wedding. I found a few that I liked but wanted to get input after trying them on. Both Esmeralda and Daisy were very nice, helpful and friendly. Esmeralda even went out of her way to locate one of the dresses I liked in a different size at another location and had it placed on hold for me. Now that I found the perfect dress I will be going back again to find some accessories to match and hopefully these two ladies will be there to help me. This is what makes a customer want to go back. “This is honestly my favorite Charlotte Russe store. The manager was super nice and you can tell the whole team is just really on it. I needed extra help due my mobility issues, and everyone was friendly and helpful without being over the top. The clothes cute, especially the outfits on the walls.
