IT IS ALWAYS UNDER STAFF. WAIT TIME IS INSANE. WITH ONLY 2 SLOOOOW TELLERS MAYBE 3 AT TIMES. NOT TALKING ABOUT THE ONES THAT SIT IN THE CUBICLES. SAD THEY ARE SERVING THE ELDERLY & SPANISH COMMUNITY, WITH NO DISREGARD TO BETTER SERVE OUR COMMUNITY!!!

Usually I dislike this branch and only use the ATM. Long waits and poor service. But on 3-25-2020 I was helped by Sonia who was extremely friendly and efficient. It was a nice change of pace and I am extremely pleased with the service and attention I received.

Avoid this bank, Elizabeth the cashier has the worst customer service. I would avoid this cashier. This is not the first time she has gave me a hard time. They have 10 window cashier opening and only one or two are in operation. I get to the bank twice a week and every time I regret coming here.
