Eddie Abdul sat with me and listened to my needs and concerns. After I left the branch, Eddie kept me updated and advised me of the steps he had taken, which included reaching out to other branch managers to collaborate and find a solution to my problem—something technology alone was not able to resolve. Eddie spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, and not only did he find a way to solve it, but he also introduced a new approach for others with similar account issues. It was Eddie's patience and determination to address this matter promptly with the least inconvenience to me, the customer, that truly made a difference. I appreciate you, Eddie. I wish there were more people like you serving our community.”

“Edit 2: Chase doesn’t update your phone number when you change it in person after providing more identification than is needed over and over and over… and I still can’t login to account even after calling a few times and proving information no one else can possible know. Chase is a crime against humanity—leave ASAP They are protecting themselves, NOT you. Edit : now I reduced 3 stars since the wrong phone number was entered even after writing it down and confirmation … I don’t know how you mix 1097 and 0172 … and I have to wait in line somewhere else and hopefully find someone who can enter data correctly. And probably pray… Everyone should probably leave Chase bank and let them RIP… I am moving to Fidelity. |||||| — Walter was excellent—he went above and beyond to triple check the correct information, and provided everything I needed and more. “Called ahead of time to see if this location was open due to the pandemic as all banks are not open. They were open for banking. There customer service here is beyond excellent!!!! Plenty parking , all safety protocols are in place. Only down fall is if there is a line there is no shelter in case weather changes.”

“Citibank is my new favorite bank. Let me tell you why. I strongly urge all of you to be more aware of your checking accounts. Many major banking institutions have legal policies that allow them to REORDER your transactions; so that even if you have purchased something with enough funds to cover it at the time, if that particular business takes more than a day or two to post it; the funds will reverse back to you; & then draw out randomly at some point in the future, thus potentially causing an overdraft. This is downright absurd, & something Citibank does not seem to participate in! This location in particular is very well-lit; safe. I do not believe there are indoor ATM's available after business hours ; so be prepared to use the exterior walk-up ones , in the evenings. There is also no receipts or other miscellaneous trash thrown about; like you will find in other areas. The staff here do take a great deal of pride in their work, for certain. This bank also does not seem to tolerate any form of solicitation on or near the premises; thus my general feeling of safety , even while coming after hours. I love my bank!”

She was very welcoming and had a lot of knowledge with everything that has to do with banking. I've gone to banks before where it felt like the agents would want to just hurry and get you out of there without giving you much information. But she was great to work with. I will definitely be coming back to bank with her in the near future.”
