After I left the branch, Eddie kept me updated and advised me of the steps he had taken, which included reaching out to other branch managers to collaborate and find a solution to my problem—something technology alone was not able to resolve. Eddie spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, and not only did he find a way to solve it, but he also introduced a new approach for others with similar account issues.

Wells Fargo said no way do you give them any statement. Wells Fargo is going to dispute the charges for me. What a relief.

“Edit 2: Chase doesn’t update your phone number when you change it in person after providing more identification than is needed over and over and over… and I still can’t login to account even after calling a few times and proving information no one else can possible know.
Chase is a crime against humanity—leave ASAP

Edit : now I reduced 3 stars since the wrong phone number was entered even after writing it down and confirmation … I don’t know how you mix 1097 and 0172 … and I have to wait in line somewhere else and hopefully find someone who can enter data correctly.
