They always have 30 ppl in line and only 2 tellers! Hire more people! This honestly doesn't make any sense, everytim I come here the lines are LONG with only 2 tellers. #DoBetter

I love Citibank. I've been with them and have been coming to this branch for years. But lately, the wait has been horrible. The last 4 times, I have had to leave because there will be only 1 teller/window open. Plus the more recent tellers are not friendly or customer-oriented. Am now going elsewhere.
