“Honesty is the best policy! I gave five stars when ten stars is more appropriate. Visited Watch Works to have Invicta silicone bands replaced with stainless steel bands, and watches sized. Not every jeweler works on an Invicta watch because you have to have patience. They did a "fantastic job" with my watches and charged a fair price. If you have a watch that needs service, bring it to Watch Works. Why? This jeweler cares about their customers, trustworthy, pays attention to detail, and provides the highest level of professionalism: Trust Me!”

“Great little clock and watch shop. Needed to get the battery replaced on my Rado watch. Those normal watch kiosk places in the mall can't be trusted with this fine watch. They were able to take care of it very quickly and recommended that this watch should have the battery replaced yearly and that the one I had in it (probably 2-3 years old) had started to leak. Really appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and recommendation!”

I needed a watch band adjustment, which he did in a truly skillful way, handling my watch with a lot of care, he was truly focused on doing a great job. He also gave me some great advice for my watch, which I truly appreciated. The kind of service I received today reminded me of the way the Polish writer Jan Dobraczyński in his book "The Shadow of the Father" described how skillful St. Joseph was at his craft. If I ever get a second watch I wouldn't think twice about taking it here to Watchland. "Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings" (Proverbs 22:29)”

“After reading some Yelp reviews, we took my wife's wedding ring to Alberto to look at the loose solitary diamond. He showed us how the prongs had worn down causing the problem. He created new prongs that were stronger and completed in two days. Excellent work. While we were talking, he noticed my gold chain bracelet and upon looking at it, pointed out the ring that had worn through and split. He is replacing it along with a new clasp. Highly recommend his service.”
