I stopped by to have a very small nail removed from a tire our my SUV. The dealer wanted to replace tire that had less than 10k miles on it. To my surprise Big Brand repaired the tire for free! In a world where everything is monetized, they went beyond being a good neighbor! They get our tire business from now on!
