Jake was amazing. Showed up 30 minutes before close and he got me a new phone, new plan, and detailed instructions on tracking my numbers transition from Xfinity to Verizon.

I have had a couple good experiences in the the Novato store, but Gadiel is the most helpful sales person I have ever met. He also has all the technical answers.
